Pay close attention

I can’t believe this I had points and i tried using it mobile gas station said the computer wasn’t working ok no problem 2 months later i opened AlltownNeighborhoodPerks and i had 0 points they took my points I would check AlltownNeighborhoodPerks here and there and i am 100 percent sure AlltownNeighborhoodPerks cheated me but no big deal I’ll delete AlltownNeighborhoodPerks and move on I won’t pump gas at these gas station I’ll stick with shell ..Greedy companies nothing new .. Pay attention if you are making this company rich because there for sure taking your points …PLZ READ PEOPLE

No order note option!!!

I am unable to tell them about a food allergy or any other important note about my order. Because of this I simply cannot order ahead at all town, this makes it not worth it.

Lost all my points

I had 50 cents off per gallon when it was jiffy rewards then lost it when I had to switch to the new rewards program.

Does nothing but crash upon launch

Phone is up to date and deleted/reinstalled twice

Need to fix the bugs!

It’s telling my card is expired when it doesn’t expire until late 2023!

App doesn't work

Work fo getting gas fo 3 months. Suddenly not working. Customer service "Sorry can't help you. I will put a ticket in."

When I Click on the App, It Blinks and Goes Back to my iPhone Home Page

What’s going on. Not useable! Have removed and reloaded 4 times!
