Data not syncing between Monitor and updated App

A & D replied to me that updated Equate Heart Chart App has resolved the reported issue of failed Bluetooth pairing between UB-6500 Wrist Monitor and EquateHeartChart . I tried paring again after the update release and it was successful. Updated 2.0.2 Equate Heart Chart App is now paired with the monitor. However, monitor doesn’t connect to EquateHeartChart and measured BP readings are not transferred to EquateHeartChart . They have to be entered manually. A prompt fixing of this syncing issue between BP monitor and EquateHeartChart is needed for the device and app to become functional per specification. [Device used: Equate UB-6500 BLEWM Wrist Monitor & Samsung Galaxy A12 Phone]

App doesn’t always work

Sometimes EquateHeartChart doesn’t work. I log in each morning, but sometimes when I try to take my blood pressure EquateHeartChart just spins. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Sometimes that helps, but not always. Other times I log in the next day, and the next, and the next, etc and EquateHeartChart is still spinning.

Bluetooth connection problematic

Each time I try to use it, neither the phone app or the sending unit try long enough to connect. Each gives up on the connection that I have to turn off each repeatedly, to get the Bluetooth synch. Otherwise a good product, stores my results so I don’t have to write them down. Have not tried to upload for my doctor, yet.

Edit Possibilities

I have been using EquateHeartChart with my Equate 6000 BP monitor. It was working satisfactorily up until today. When I looked on the history, there are around 15-20 blood pressure measurements. I take my BP twice daily using the Bluetooth function. The extra readings will affect my averages. I can’t find a way to delete the extra readings. Frustrating!!

Easy to use

So .. I like the unit, easy to use, easy to change user, goes on with the start button - no need to to switch on and off to save battery. EquateHeartChart is smooth .. but! very disappointed that I could not find a way to transport readings to the “apple health app”. I called the help # mentioned in other reviews - they would not answer my question, they said that I needed to call Walmart. Walmart was very nice, however did not know how to answer my question, so tried to connect me with the help # with no success. Too bad. Will return. btw: I have the 6000.
Addendum: now upon researching, I see that I need to buy the 8000 - it would have been nice to learn that from the 1st help number that I called! before spending a half hour on the phone with Walmart!

Couldn’t Register easily

I had trouble creating a new account. I entered my email, created an ID and password and hit next and it just sat there spinning away never getting to the next step. I tried multiple times. Called the phone number on EquateHeartChart (same as on the product package) and got Walmart’s service desk. They transferred me to the distributor. They had me delete EquateHeartChart and start over. It worked after that. They were helpful. Someone in the technical department needs to fix this please.

Would make it better had it had auto record

My heart monitor had the auto record feature on EquateHeartChart by connecting through the BT. Equate would be a 5 star device if a user doesn't have to prompt the record function on EquateHeartChart .

Very Accurate

Good accurate reading. Would like it to be able to connect directly with Apple Health. Need a quick link to launch Bluetooth. Too many steps to have information loaded from device to phone app

Is there a way to delete entries?

I like EquateHeartChart but I would like to be able to delete some entries without deleting all user information.

Need to be able to correct date on a reading.

Wish I could remove or a reading’s date - mistakenly hit the date/time button while taking a reading and can’t fix it.

Brand New Way

So far, it is working better than my other device.

Simple

Easy to use. Keeps records. No glitches. Been using for a couple of months. Unbeatable

Could not connect to Bluetooth

How can there be 39 reviews and only one show up for every category?

Great app for multiple medical data charts!

I normally use a computer & spreadsheet, but now I can simply export or show my doctor the phone. Easy set-up & use! I’m 69 but familiar with high tech, but IMO even a non-techie could use this!

Equate Heart Chart App

EquateHeartChart can track everything you need to give to your doctor during a visit. This will help him/her make good decisions about your health.

Can’t connect to Apple Health

The first version can connect to Apple health but in this version can’t… could you review if is possible connect again

It works well

We like the ease of use and the fact that it stores info on our phone so we can show our Dr. when we go in for appt.

Does synch with Apple Health

A reviewer named Priscilla said that it didn’t synch with Apple Health but mine did seamlessly. We were traveling and I had an event and needed to take my BP but had forgotten our travel monitor so we stopped at Walmart to pick one up so we chose the wrist monitor 6500. I will do a comparison to my Omron arm cuff monitor when I get home but so far I am pleased with this monitor.

Complecated

I’m new to this device, it’s been a very slow process to get the device to communicate with my iPhone. But I’m slowly getting it there. Not enough written instructions.
Thanks

Great buuuut…

Can you put reminders on here like your other app and possibly sync to apple health? Thank you!
