App says "An error has occured. There was a problem loading data. Check your internet and try again". W-Lan, Mobilinternet nothing works. Other apps are running fine.

App is asking is saying le chargement des données à échoué, veuillez vérifier votre connexion Internet. My internet connection is working fine. The same is happening to my friend. I live in Thailand and it started when we were visiting Cambodia. Even though we returned to Thailand it still dosen't work.

Same as above. Stuck in an endless loop since I migrated to a new phone. After I login, it asks me to join, then it asks me login, then it asks me to join .... Please advise. Thx.

The app asks me to join, I pu in my email and password and it takes me back to the page asking if I want to join
