In eager enthusiasm, some of us registered for multiple challenges this month of June 2022 before noticing in the fine print that this was not allowed. There is no safeguard against this nor function to unregister from the extraneous challenges, and emailing support at the paris2024 address has got me no response in nearly a week.

I may be connected but I have no way to verify it and can’t find the instructions to access anything. I just keep getting sent to a page with multiple platforms I don’t have or even want like Garmin, Polar and Google fitness app.

Accidentally choose French instead of English, not able to change and Walmart so ever, have to register another one with different email. Very bad app ever
