7 months agoMy daughter put this app on my phone and I cancelled it before the given “free “ time was up and the money was taken from my account. Please rectify this or I will seek further legal advice, Kind regards Ruth Hadwell

i had canceled the subscription and delted the app because i did not use it, a day later 20$ came out of my account for a year subscription which i did not intend to sign up or pay for. i asked for a refund it has been days sense i've sent the email i'm very unsatisfied

annoying to use
it only lets me delete 1 photo before putting me on a timer for 8 hours. i have 23,256 photos and if i wanted to get rid of 10,000 of them this way that would literally take me over 10 years. is it supposed to do this?
