I have got stuck with a subscription, photo cleaner, I don't want and can't seem to get rid of it!
My daughter put this app on my phone and I cancelled it before the given “free “ time was up and the money was taken from my account. Please rectify this or I will seek further legal advice, Kind regards Ruth Hadwell
Terrible and Annoying User Experience Update

This app was really helpful, and I loved it and recommended it to friends because it was the easiest way to get through a plethora of old photos and actually clean out my camera roll. Despite the fact it was $4.99 a week subscription which is really hefty considering the actual scope of the app, I was fine paying it for a few weeks to finally get through my camera roll.
However, new ad and subscription model is massively annoying and has pretty much ruined the entire app’s user experience. I’ve already unsubscribed and am deleting it unfortunately. Even for paid users, you get a sponsored ad photo amongst your own photos every 4 or so swipes, and constant pop-ups to pay almost $100 for a yearly subscription. Without paid, it will let you swipe for 20 or so photos and then make you wait 7 hours to swipe again. No point anymore, I hope you guys go a different route with it cause it was a great app, but at this point I would recommend painstakingly going through your own photos

i had canceled the subscription and delted the app because i did not use it, a day later 20$ came out of my account for a year subscription which i did not intend to sign up or pay for. i asked for a refund it has been days sense i've sent the email i'm very unsatisfied
annoying to use

it only lets me delete 1 photo before putting me on a timer for 8 hours. i have 23,256 photos and if i wanted to get rid of 10,000 of them this way that would literally take me over 10 years. is it supposed to do this?
