How to fix MMVPN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MMVPN app on iPhone
Update MMVPN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MMVPN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MMVPN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MMVPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MMVPN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MMVPN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MMVPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » MMVPN » click [Force Stop]

Update MMVPN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MMVPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MMVPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MMVPN.

Fix MMVPN unable to contact server/ MMVPN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MMVPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MMVPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MMVPN
