No phone support at all. Email support equals "check with your platform" and they don't bother to look into problems for the customer. Avoid Stripe at all costs, they also sit on your money for 10-14 days.
I need help to know how I’m going to receive my 1099 from doordash. The app won’t let me use it it says it doesn’t recognize my information. I have been trying to get help for weeks. Please respond soon. Please also create a customer service phone line.

Crap I can’t file my taxe because I can’t get my doordash 1099 You suck, you don’t care about customer service, you better close that company, bulshit .
I was so upset because the stripe is always send me in my mail that my doordash tax form is ready to print they said but is so ridiculous because I already deactivate my doordash account and I didn’t use doordash so how come I can file my doordash tax form?please do t send me again and deactivate my account in your file.this is not fun.thanks

Trying to get my tax 1099 here since my doordash partner with this. Couldn’t be able to get a hold from support! (No phone, customer service, etc..) it’s just extremely difficult to access and got blocked first time failed my account somehow for 2 stupid identification questions. How dumb!!!

This is one of the most complicated App’s EVER! First of all there is a very limited customer support team, and they can’t even seem to resolve any issues! The worst part is, customer is unable to receive payments! Many companies are using this APP, and it’s such a disaster! Never had issues with PayPal!
I downloaded to use for taxes but..

everytime I open it it crashes. It happened after I logged in. How am I supposed to use it if it keeps crashing? I turned off and on my phone and I deleted and re downloaded it but it still crashes. Please fix it :)
