11 months agoNo phone support at all. Email support equals "check with your platform" and they don't bother to look into problems for the customer. Avoid Stripe at all costs, they also sit on your money for 10-14 days.

1 year agoI need help to know how I’m going to receive my 1099 from doordash. The app won’t let me use it it says it doesn’t recognize my information. I have been trying to get help for weeks. Please respond soon. Please also create a customer service phone line.

2 years agoI was so upset because the stripe is always send me in my mail that my doordash tax form is ready to print they said but is so ridiculous because I already deactivate my doordash account and I didn’t use doordash so how come I can file my doordash tax form?please do t send me again and deactivate my account in your file.this is not fun.thanks

Just an overall confused and crappy app
First logged in about 12 hours ago to access my tax info. Quickly downloaded and deleted the app, as I no longer needed it. Later found that my phone did not properly store the file but as I returned to the app, I’m told my email *does not have a Stripe account*. Huh??? I literally could (and did) log in on my laptop with the same email address. the app kept sending me to the stripe dashboard, which is the same confusing mess as mobile. Not sure how I’m going to get my 1099 now.

Likely An Error but it’s Costing Me!
I have had all my financials connected to stripe for about 6 months. I used it to test my POD service and setup mee6 subscriptions. Currently stripe collects my customers money, says on the back end it has, and will not let me see any sort of payout/transfer information. When I sign into my account there is an “error with my internet connection” on mobile which it forces me to use stripe express. Customer support is a joke

The worst customer service Ever
The worst customer service I've ever experienced, I sent countless emails and most of them didn't respond and the only two answered didn't solve my problem with the platform. My money's been stuck there for four weeks. Weekly payments have not been made and problem solving is impossible due to the lack of customer service, which is only done via email. A shame! I feel robbed!
