Topped up $20 and it was approved but the app asked me to scan the card again to complete and then timed out. After logging back in a “complete” sign came out but with an exclamation point. I checked the balance, still the same. But on my credit card the charges are pending. Sigh… now to wait to see if I have to call Nets and the Bank to get my money back!

I’d give it zero stars but the App Store forces a minimum of 1 star. This app is clunky, unstable and is designed without the user in mind. Seems to have been built because someone was told they had to do it and not because it should be for the benefit of users.

Literally the worst written app I’ve encountered in a long time. Buggy throughout and lacks any logical usability. Took me 10 tries to just top up a cash card. Shouldn’t be this hard. Please find professional developers instead of unpaid interns
