Topped up $20 and it was approved but NETSApp asked me to scan the card again to complete and then timed out. After logging back in a “complete” sign came out but with an exclamation point. I checked the balance, still the same. But on my credit card the charges are pending. Sigh… now to wait to see if I have to call Nets and the Bank to get my money back!

I’d give it zero stars but NETSApp Store forces a minimum of 1 star. NETSApp is clunky, unstable and is designed without the user in mind. Seems to have been built because someone was told they had to do it and not because it should be for the benefit of users.

Literally the worst written app I’ve encountered in a long time. Buggy throughout and lacks any logical usability. Took me 10 tries to just top up a cash card. Shouldn’t be this hard. Please find professional developers instead of unpaid interns

I receive errors almost every time I attempt to top up my cards. It never seems to be working as expected. Very buggy and unreliable.

I don’t believe there was any testing done when it comes to what happens after a user exports a single receipt

Before even finishing the login process, I already encountered two bugs.

Does not work with bank cards outside of Singapore. Which is the whole reason I’m using nets in the first place

Bad experience. Wasting time. Kept bringing you to top up page. No wonder poor ratings.

The scan doesn’t work 9 out of 10 times. Stupid app.

What’s the point if NETSApp can’t even launch ?

Doesn’t allow for other country codes (e.g. +1 for US)

Fantastic to be able to top up my cash card in the car for car parks and ERP. However, every time I do a top up it asks me for my credit card info again. Even though I’ve provided that info under payment methods in my profile. Would be great if I can just select one of my pre-entered cards instead of re-entering the details. Or add support for Apple Pay, that would achieve the same goal of making it quick and easy to top up my card.

Just found out about NETSApp. Glad I can use it to easily check my card balance and top up! I used to have to do this at the ATM.

Note that you can’t use this on the iPad to check balance or top up manually. Can only do that on the iPhone.
