Terrible app

It doesn’t work and everybody knows it, including tech support. I couldn’t get it to capture the back of my DL. Apparently that’s common with recent model iPhones.
And the thing with folks not receiving emails sounds common also. When I was standing in line at the DMV (to have my son take the exam in person) a woman walked up to the greeter desk and told them that her some took the test online but never received an email. They had no resolution for her problem.
It’s such a ridiculous failure and I’m really floored that the government folks continue to direct folks to this app.
Just go to the DMV. At least most of the employees there were nice and knew how to do their job. Unlike this stupid app.
So close to being a good app, but no.

Here is some advice. DO NOT enter your child’s information in the app until you are ready for child to take test immediately.
I simply entered child’s info. I did NOT click or start a test or sample test. Later the same day I logged in so child could take test. Says “applicant is ineligible to take test. A waiting period of (24) hours from the previous test is required.” NEVER even started a test.
Is this the end of the world? NO, but this is a simple fix that they need to make on the app to not waste everyone’s time. Here is to hoping the app works tomorrow.
Garbage

This app doesn’t work and the support is garbage. I reached out to the support team for assistance because I keep getting the same error and they want to blame it on the lightning. First they tell me it’s my ID and when they realized it was the correct ID they decided to blame it on the lighting and let’s not forget holding the phone. The tutorial tells you to hold the phone up to your face lol. Now they’re saying not to hold the phone and I still get the same error. I even added more light and got the same issue
