1- Star Review

I am deeply disappointed with my experience using this app. I have been using this app for just over 3 months. I signed up, expecting an AI powered calendar design to help individuals with ADHD manage tasks and time more efficiently, but it falls short. The task and project management tools are clunky and tedious. The AI just dumps tasks into available timeslots without optimizing my schedule, often leaving large blocks of time wasted. I end up manually re-organizing everything which defeats the purpose of Motion .

Additionally, the lack of customization makes the platform feel bland and uninspiring. For those of us with ADHD, creativity and visual engagement is crucial, but this app offers none of that. Honestly, Google calendar does the same job - and it’s free.

To make matters worse, the customer service is nonexistent. After canceling my subscription on September 3, 2024, and requesting a refund for the unused months totaling $190, I received a processing ticket and was told I would get a follow up email. It is now mid September and I haven’t heard a word. It’s also incredibly difficult to find any direct way to contact their support team beyond an unhelpful chatbot. I would not recommend this app to anyone, especially when free alternatives offer the same functionality without the hassle and frustration of ineffective AI.

Oof. It tries. But doesn’t succeed.

Yikes so much potential, but so much failing! This “AI” (it’s just an algorithm but ok fancy marketing) does not allow for quite enough human say in the matter of scheduling their day - an example - I can’t rearrange the schedule for a project due this week to have split hours (some in the morning and some in the afternoon) today. Instead it’s insistent I work on another project (that I can work on tomorrow) this afternoon and no Mayer what I do (drop and drag, change due dates) it refuses to let me schedule it today. Instead, even though there’s now a blank time block in my schedule, says I’m not going to get the task done - just let me put it in the available time block!!! Another major issue, when it doesn’t get the scheduling quite right and you want to move things, it doesn’t understand how to just push everything 30 mins, it rearranged EVERYTHING and turns an organized day that was pushed 30 mins cause a call ran long, I to chaos! It ALMOST gets it right, but, it fails in a way that makes it impossible to really use even though it’s so close.

misrepresenting and horrible for mobile

I feel like the ads completely misrepresent Motion. I wish I knew it required desktop computer use before doing the free trial. It is not at all made for mobile and is so unideal and useless to use. I’m mostly a tablet user. I’m a total idiot and didn’t have a computer to complete the set up, then the free trial ended and I was auto charged. So I went about setting it up figuring I’d at least try using it.

Besides that, which I could live with if it was a good product, it doesn’t do the things I actually want to do. It only lets you set “work hours” but I want to differentiate between different projects and time periods. I’m a student so I really need to be able to set different blocks for individual subjects to work only on specific tasks/projects, versus being at work and only being able to work on certain projects. The calendars are also really inefficient, it wouldn’t let me edit events and you can’t use both Google and iCloud calendars if your gmail is your iCloud email. Really really unhappy

Horrible customer support and practices

I signed up for the 7 day free trial, and on the same day initiated a request with my company to get permission to link my work calendar to this software. I spent the seven days trying to decide if the software would even be useful for me (jury still out but leaning to no). Because I signed up on a weekend and the week of the seven day trial contained a holiday, I was ONE DAY past the free trial being over before being told my company would not allow me to connect my calendar, making this product useless. I immediately cancelled and emailed the company to let them know I couldn’t use the software and asking to be refunded for the unused portion of time since I was not permitted to use the software. Five emails later with no response I dispute with my credit card company. You better believe this company has an entire department dedicated to ensuring they respond to credit card company disputes but not a single human willing or able to reply to FIVE MESSAGES asking for assistance. Absolutely horrible business practices and from what I could tell a platform that is basic at doesn’t address remotely complex needs anyway.

Trying to get help and they don’t work

There comes a point where AI cannot resolve everything, and having employees available to work is essential. I have been trying out this app, and so far, it has been disappointing. As a result, I will not be rolling it out to my entire team.

Every time I try to log into Motion , it prompts me to set up my account on their website, despite having already done so. I have verified my account setup on their website, deleted and reinstalled Motion , yet the issue persists. Additionally, their customer support is unresponsive; it takes them hours to respond to messages, resulting in days to resolve the issue.

As a business owner, I do not have the time for this. They market themselves as a solution for CEOs, but I do not have the time to deal with these problems. this app needs to function as intended, yet they cannot seem to get their act together

Not ADHD friendly as advertised

There are tons of this app ads saying that it’s a tool for ADHD. From the point of view of neurotypical it might appear this way, but it’s not. Don’t capitalize on us (ADHD folks) before actually running A/B testing on neurodivergent people. There are so many features that make ADHDer cry rather than improve performance. Like have you seen the “all projects” page? It’s the mess! Everything is written in the same font, titles for workspaces and tasks are the same, no colors or anything added to help to “read” the page. It takes me a lot of time to figure out where one workspace ends and another begins. Or the need to type the whole name of the project if I want to delete it! Seriously? My projects names are so misspelled and so long, and you guys make me feel embarrassed to re-type it, and then embarrassed that I can’t correctly re-type it on the 1st or even the 2nd, and most likely the 3rd attempt. Also, it doesn’t give an option to rearrange tasks easily. It gives me a stupid warning every time I try to do so, so I need to do extra work of closing that warning. And it changes the task task type of I just want to move to a another day or something.
Make Motion easy to navigate, test it on neurodivergent people, and only then run targeted ads

Repeatedly misses the mark

Clunky UI with so much unnecessary visual noise (AI ‘sparkle’ doesn’t need to be forced into every AI-created task name. Useless.), scheduling capabilities I don’t even use are forced to be shown in the side bar, PERSISTENT AD at the top encouraging a discount for teams (I’m a paid user - get ads out of my view), app always defaults to Week view where the font is absurdly tiny, Siri Shortcuts and other integrations are extremely limited (forces you to use the bad ‘AI/sparkle’ version when creating tasks instead of being able to directly define parameters such as schedule type. So much low-hanging fruit being ignored makes this unusable and easily my biggest software purchase regret of 2023. The marketing is WAY better than the product, especially for the price. Be warned.

Charged, but never figured out how to use

This is the only time I have left a review for an App. I had no idea when I signed up for the free trial that Motion is only a supplement to the website. I tried to set it up on my computer when I actually had access to a computer, but I could not get past the screen that asked about my “business”: how many employees, etc., but I was planning to use it as an individual. I even went to the help website and it did not offer any useful information for simply setting it up. I failed to cancel before the end of my free trial because I was hoping I could figure it out and use it. It’s not directly this app’s fault because I didn’t cancel in time, but I’m out the $200+ for an App that cannot be completely utilized from my phone, which is what I needed, and that I could not even get set up to know if it would be useful. I requested a refund and was not surprised when I was denied. After watching some videos online about it, I don’t think it would have been useful to me as an individual. It was the “gain more hours in your day” with the girl getting her house tidied that got me, but it’s more of a business App for meetings and projects and such.

Not for me. (And already charged a full year!)

Firstly: 7 days is not enough of a trial period. I decided to give it a couple more weeks, but then saw I’d already been charged $228 for a full year—I must not have changed it from the default option. My fault I suppose, but I find this really irritating.

this app could be good for some people, but it’s just not for me at this time. Here’s why:

My schedule is too full & too dynamic. My days frequently fill up, and tasks get pushed to future dates—regardless of priority or deadline. The only way around this is to mark tasks for “any time” instead of “working hours”, but then it effectively just becomes a to-do list.

I have no typical “work hours.” I travel extensively, and am often on a 5-hour time difference from most of my team. On a daily basis I have to balance work priorities with personal time and sleep, so I have no set working hours. Changing them every day in Motion is annoying.

You really have to learn to think like Motion and understand how it prioritizes to make it work with a schedule like mine. It might be worth it, if pop-up alerts actually worked (and on all device types), but they don’t seem to. The end result is that I lost track of things far more often than I did with my old system—a paper notebook!

There are some good ideas here, but I’d guess most of them will be integrated features of Outlook within a few years.

No real AI, but useful app I plan to use

OK, let’s not get ahead of ourselves and say there is artificial intelligence in play here. I haven’t seen anything of that sort in my trial time. It looks like there is an algorithm that works based on the constraints that I set(time of day, priority, deadline, duration). It just fills the schedule based on these parameters. An AI, with the new meaning of the paradigm, would change those around against the user’s settings based on previous data. I don’t see any of that except the email-to-task feature (which’s usually a miss, in so many ways). But its existence is cool by itself. So I don’t mind.

As for the mobile app, it’s not as good as the Mac app, and that’s a problem. So the 2 stars is for the mobile app. The Mac app would get maybe 3 or 4. The whole platform would get a solid 3 from me. I plan to get the full year and commit to be a personal user. My only fear is the developers are hoping to switch to the business to business area for bigger customer base and profits, which will probably mean irrelevant features for me on the long run (the whole booking tab is useless to me already). I hope they can find some balance, and at least keep it bug free and usable for the solo users all the time. Because I certainly won’t start a company in the near future based on what my schedule tells me :) and I’ll leave Motion for the first reasonable competition on sight if things come to it.

Needs better functionality for app

When I first signed up, I loved this webpage/app but now I find it frustrating. There is not a good connection between the web-based page and Motion with a huge lag time for updating the calender. If you add in the fact that you can’t change anything without going on a webpage, that makes it incredibly frustrating. If I want to change a timeframe that I can schedule a task during, I have to go on my laptop in order to do that. I should be able to do the same thing on Motion that I can do on the webpage or else I don’t see how this could work seamlessly.

For this reason, I most likely will be cancelling after my free trial. I need something that connects freely with my phone, not being tied to a computer.

Still missing key things

I had this app for a year and then cancelled. What I liked about it was the automatic scheduling, that’s a brilliant feature for someone who is juggling multiple tasks. I decided to cancel because the things that are important with juggling is notifications, notifications, notifications. The fact that I would have to always check my day on my desktop was not feasibly possible however, if I’m notified on my phone for something I have to do then I can grab my laptop and do it. I gave it a try again because I would get emails about multiple changes to the program, to Motion , etc. Mainly asking Siri and having notifications. Unfortunately… I am unable to utilize any of this. Siri doesn’t recognize Motion to ask. Notifications don’t notify even though they are enabled. So it’s still not providing me with what I need. Not good, still needs more work done.

Love the idea, the UX is lacking

Love the idea of AI auto scheduling my tasks. Like the integration with Google Calendar. I’m disappointed by the design of the web-based site.
1. The task bar on the left hand side is chaotic looking and actually makes me feel less in control. It lists every single task I have coming up. Is there a way to hide it?
2. The name of the task on the calendar is often cut off so I need to click on the task item to see what it is.
3. In general the design does not feel clean— this is a major disappointment for someone who bought this expensive subscription hoping it would be my go-to calendar.
Would love to stick with this but need to hear if this app plans to do design improvements.

So much potential

I downloaded Motion for the free 7 day trail and I wanted to love it. Motion is touted to help people with ADHD like myself but it completely misses the mark in a really big way. It doesn’t alert you on your phone when a task is due, even if you have the this app app on your phone. It dings on the computer, which is ok but unless you’re sitting at your computer all day then it’s rather pointless because in order to make it alert you on your phone you have to manually go into your calendar on your phone and schedule stuff so your phone alerts you, which defeats the entire purpose of the auto scheduling feature. If that was worked out then it would be worth it but as it is now, a calendar on my computer is nothing more than a back up calendar.

Has potential

Ive been usung thr app and program for a couple of days now and heres what I have so far:

- Lacks password protection. As it stands, all you need is someone’s email address, provided they have an account, and you can wreak havoc on their schedule. Would like to see password protection.

- When out and about like I am, Motion does not provide notifications or reminders. You have to physically open Motion to check your calendar. Would like push notifications so when I’m out and about it lets me know what’s next.

- For repeat events it APPEARS that you can only schedule for a month at a time. I might be wrong on this one, but as I added items last night the end date was the following month. More to follow on that. If correct, then there should be an option to schedule things for longer periods at a time.

Overall, it’s a fantastic concept and does as advertised. With a few upgrades/updates, Motion would be perfect!!

Amazing Web App NEEDS Robust Mobile Version

I have a lot of to do lists. Whether it’s work or my side hustles or my personal life, I have 1 million tasks to do and they just end up becoming lists of undone items because I have always told myself that I can never find the time to do these things.

I got extremely excited about this app! I love how I can just input a task, give it an estimation for how long it will take to do the task, and this app will find some time in my calendar to place the task as an appointment. It’s a simple but fantastic concept.

HOWEVER - there are two very important features that are missing: the lack of an equally robust mobile app with notifications, and/or Not being able to sync the this app Tasks to an outside calendar so that notifications could be enabled through a third-party app.

This means that you must be tethered to your desktop at all times in order to get notification so about an upcoming task. Although I do work at my desktop quite a bit, I would say a good chunk of my work is done in the field, and notifications on mobile are in absolute must. Of course, this also means that there are no iOS widgets, or Apple Watch app either.

The annual subscription is over $200, and even though the desktop functionality is amazing, I cannot fully justify the cost without a full suite that goes wherever you go.

UX is not great

I love the concept, but there are things that make me wonder if I should give up and use a different system. Google calendar and Trello are great examples of good UX—you can click and immediately create a task or event. this app is far more clunky. It’s also SLOW. I created a project on the iOS mobile app and added tasks and then went back to the parent view…and couldn’t find it anywhere. Gave me a heart attack. Luckily my Notes app where i had just deleted these tasks was still open and I pressed undo until I was sure I had them back. Only after I created a second project in this app did I go back and see both appear in the drop down list. So either it was slow or buggy.

Love it

Is there going to be optimization for the Ipad version? I like in the interface on the iPhone but wish the Ipad version was better
Going on the Ipad, I would like to see a widget that showed the schedule for the day and a widget to create tasks right from the home screen without having to open up Motion . Trying to use Motion to run my service company. Sometimes it's a bit of a hassle to get off a phone call and have to navigate to Motion . Usually driving in a truck or hands tied up with something I enough to the point of not being able to stop and navigate to an app and create a task

Like the Premise, but it needs work

Trying to schedule in my work hours and balance them with my personal hours. For some reason the AI really isn’t scheduling in my work hours every day and seems to think my consistent 8 hr a day job isn’t consistent and sometimes doesn’t even schedule it in, just takes into account my personal hours only. Pretty annoying and not very helpful. I think with some tweaks it can be very helpful though.

Missing iOS widgets, otherwise it’s a great tool

This tool has been great to use. After just one day I felt more productive and felt like I didn’t have to worry about getting things done or forgetting to do things. Having the system reorganize your tasks around your calendar has proven to be extremely beneficial. One thing that would help me would be to have a widget in the home screen or the Lock Screen to make this tool a five stars and a must-have for any executive or professional.

Just reduced all my stress

I’ve tried people I’ve tried apps I’ve tried everything to keep up with the tasks and ideas that I want to follow up with. I’m always having to slow down in order to have someone help me remember and it kills my progress. I just set up my Siri to listen to gibberish I say about a task and then translate that to actionable steps right inside of the this app Ai task calendar. And with the Ai automatically finding me time and the ease of adding notes…combine that with a great desktop version and you have something I just can’t find anywhere. If you are high energy, slightly manic and adhd (super powers ) and need something to dump your thoughts in and follow up like the perfect assistant that you’re pulling your hair out trying to find… This is Motion . You can do this 🤓🤙

Live AI is unbeatable

I came across “AI calendars” a couple months ago. it looked interesting. I made a note to revisit the technology when I could use it. Fast-forward a little bit to when I was ready to live more disciplined and enter this app. Motion is served incredibly. A couple of other apps simultaneously that were cheaper, but none of them offered live AI updates and the project management tools were far to team dependent.

I now use this app to manage my family, personal, side hustle, and management work schedule. I’m the only thing holding technology back from being more effective. It’s worth every penny. Don’t let the cheapskates dissuade you. It will allow you to schedule the way you’ve never scheduled before which is worth thousands of dollars in a management role.

I love it

Motion is so user friendly and I love how it keeps in sync with my Google calendar. I use it so much that I actually made it one of my 4 shortcut icons across the bottom of my phone. My favorite thing about it is as my day goes on and surprises happen, my to do items shift around throughout the day. So if i planned to take 2 important things and 1 low priority thing from 10:00-11:00, but I ended up in a conference call and didn’t do the tasks …when 11:00 hits and I haven’t checked them off, the rest of my day reschedules to make sure I get those 2 important things in somewhere…maybe a few low priority things will shift to tomorrow in order to free up the time. I LOVE a paper calendar with multi colored markers and to do lists…but this is MUCH more efficient because I can plan my day out all that I want, but surprises and emergencies are inevitable. No more drawing arrows all over my paper calendars to show where I’m moving a task to 😂
I also love that the recurring task feature is flexible…so for example I do payroll every 2 weeks and it just has to be done by Wednesday at noon. I have the task recurring every 2 weeks from Monday-Wednesday, and this app will fit it into a convenient spot so I’m not scrambling at the last minute- I’m usually getting payroll in a day or two early now!
Worth every penny for this mom of busy teens, medical provider, multi-practice owner with rentals and caring for elderly relatives.

Motion: A Game-Changer for My Business and Personal Life!

I cannot recommend this app enough! Motion has completely revolutionized the way I manage both my business and personal life. The organization and dynamic features it offers have streamlined my workflow and significantly boosted my productivity. Before this app, I was constantly juggling tasks, meetings, and personal commitments—feeling overwhelmed by it all. Now, everything is seamlessly organized, and I feel in complete control of my schedule.

The automated task scheduling is a lifesaver, allowing me to prioritize what’s important while ensuring I never miss a deadline. this app’s flexibility is unmatched—it adapts to changes in my day with ease, recalibrating my tasks instantly so I can stay on track. Plus, its clean and intuitive design makes it so easy to use, no matter how packed my day gets.

Whether you’re managing a business, juggling personal commitments, or both, this app is the ultimate tool for maximizing productivity and minimizing stress. I can't imagine going back to the chaos I had before discovering Motion. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to level up their organization and efficiency!

Life changing. Actually.

For years I’ve tried so many different task management apps trying to find one that really worked. I was hesitant to try this app at first because of the price but finally gave it a try. It’s AMAZING. An easy to use app that’s brings every aspect of your life together in one tool. Combining the ability to pull together work tasks and family/mom tasks into one place. Add tasks is quick and easy with a low barrier. And easy to prioritize so nothing is missed and lower future priority items aren’t forgotten and come up again at the right time. I have Motion open on one computer monitor at all times - it’s my bible with how I run my day. One of my favorite features is the ability to define custom time slots like “work hours”, “in office hours”, “weekend nap time” and buckets that are very specific to me - and then schedule my tasks into those time boxes. Ensures work items are presented at the right time. Updates and new features are constantly being pushed to the phone app and desktop app and always getting better. Biggest fan. ❤️❤️❤️

Still learning how Motion can assist and loving it

I have 3 clients. Each of these clients have me work on multiple projects: course creation; content creation; student training, etc. Each of these projects are different priorities with different due dates and some will take longer to complete than others. A couple days ago I found myself with a 5 hour block with no meetings and was so excited to actually get some work done …and had no idea what to do. I’ve also thought Time Blocking was arbitrary and therefore I was resistant. But now, this app looks at my workload across all my clients, factors in priorities, durations, and due dates and tells me what to work on and I AM HERE FOR IT! It’s taking me a little time to figure out how to “set up” but I’m getting there. (Example: do I need to identify tasks and subtasks, or is it enough to enter the task, estimate the total duration to finish and allow this app to break that time into chunks? So far the latter is much easier/faster and works for many of my simpler projects). Today, I’m setting up this app with Siri, so I can add tasks on the fly. I’ve been a customer for like 4 days and I think I’m in love.

Stay in Motion!

Scheduling routine events or importing most calendars is very easy, however where Motion really sets itself apart from the rest is the AI powered task system. The moment you think of a task for your business, for your family, work, anything. Create it and the AI will take care of the rest. Tasks that aren’t completed this app will move it to the next logical spot in your set hours. Making it so you have so many less “oh snap I forgot to do that” moments. Turning big goals into small steps that keep pinging you and adapting to your quickly changing schedule. I highly recommend this app especially if you have big goals and aren’t sure where to start!

Must try for busy bodies

Absolutely love Motion. As a mom who works a 9-5 and part time job from 5-9, I’m riding the struggle bus trying to manage my schedule. I used to rely on my iPhone calendar app but I hated when I had a change in my schedule and had to individually adjust each event and notification. Motion uses AI to adjust my schedule to any changes which I absolutely love! It’s one less thing to worry about. I appreciate that this is user friendly and super easy to navigate. 10/10 would recommend!

GAME CHANGER!!!!!!

I can't express enough how much of a game changer the this app app has been for me. As someone with a hectic schedule, staying organized has always been a challenge. But with this app, that challenge has become a thing of the past. This AI-powered calendar seamlessly integrates with my workflow, effortlessly organizing my tasks and commitments. I simply input my tasks and deadlines, and this app does the rest, intelligently scheduling them into my calendar based on my availability and priorities. What I love most about this app is its ability to adapt to my ever-changing schedule. It dynamically shifts tasks around to ensure I stay on track, even when unexpected events arise. Thanks to this app, I no longer feel overwhelmed by my workload. Instead, I feel empowered and in control of my time. If you're looking for a tool to help you stay organized and on top of your tasks, look no further than the this app app. It's a true game changer. Highly recommended!

Use it every day

Originally, I trialed this app and a competing app. I decided to go with the competitor. But after several months, I had an epiphany of why this app was better. It handled rescheduling in a much more automated and intuitive way! I switched back and I use it to plan everything.
I do use their desktop app 98% of the time. But that's mainly because I have a desk job.
Recently, they've been making improvements to their desktop app and I think they are all great! I think Motion is becoming more polished and intuitive.

ADHD teacher admin

In the first year of my administration, i’m currently going crazy trying to balance my regular day teaching schedule with my new internship administration schedule with my graduate courses with my two children with my current coaching schedule and I also have a wife, so it seems to bring it all together and I’m feeling real great about this app because aftersleeping for the last month of depression and now getting traction on the things that I’ve let go and the things I need to get done it’s a daily grind this app gets through it

The search is over

this app has done an absolutely phenomenal job. This is the one system that my ADHD brain has been searching for. I struggle when it comes to knowing exactly what it is to do next, this solves that. It also does an incredible job suggesting steps when you send tasks to it either through email or through Siri voice notes. It helps keep me focused, and I am spending much more time doing what I’d like to be doing, which is spending time with my team and family. Bless you and your company for providing this amazing resource!

Great App with More Potential Integrations

Overall, the desktop and mobile applications offer a fairly seamless user experience thus making the cost feasible for the amount of money spent on an individual plan. I didn't see an option to add a widget to an Apple device and voice-enabled commands will make this a more complete solution. It's made keeping my personal and professional to do lists, calendar blocks and color coding more seamless. I hope the AI continues to evolve to further support applications like this app that provide support that is applicable in both your personal and professional lives.

This app is a game changer

I run a commercial commercial construction company and Motion has been a game changer. As far as organization time management and project timelines it is phenomenal. This is probably the only application I use on a daily basis to help organize jobs tasks within jobs and my weekly schedule. Anytime I have any problems the customer service is extremely responsive and helps me resolve issues quickly. If you’re like me and unorganized because you’re constantly busy Motion is going to be a game changer for you. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to see what other features they include on future updates.

The Happiness Algorithm

I don’t usually write reviews. But this app is revolutionary. The happiness algorithm they promote states it will help you: feel accomplished, get serious stuff done, and relax and sleep better. Check, check, and check. After week and half of use, I think my productivity is up 10x. I’ve always had a great calendar and great todo list. I’ve never been able to effectively coordinate them. Most days I would procrastinate because I didn’t know where to best focus my attention next. this app solves that problem. And I still have complete control over my time. If I need to adjust my time, this app does all the work to adjust everything else. Big fan. Worth the $$.

Hard to cancel

Update. Customer service issued a refund in less than 12 hours. Have to admit that impressed me. I wasn’t using because work would not allow Motion to be used with our calendar scheduling. That was the only reason I had canceled. Changing my rating to reflect the superior customer service.

You have to go onto the website to cancel. I canceled this two weeks ago and got a message that it would be available to me through the 14th. Today I just got charged for another month. When I signed in I showed me active again. I canceled again and got the same message that I would be available to the 14th of the following month.

Helps me how I need help

I think this app is a really great product. I’ve been using it for a while now and it helps me with the way that I think I tell it things I need to do and how long it will take and it just puts it on the calendar for me I can tell it to schedule things and my work hours or my off hoursor my hobby hours as a person with a mishmash of art projects and home work and kids to take care of and family stuff and online businesses to manage things get really hairy. Motion really helps me to keep on top of all the things, but also make my goals accessible. The only downside to Motion is it might be a little too robust for me and it cost a little bit too much money but the trees until there’s a better option for this I’m gonna continue to pay it because I haven’t found anything else like it.

Game Changer for ADHD Task Paralysis

I spent so much time planning my day, by the time I got started I could barely accomplish my goals. I was always running behind. Trying to keep a constant inventory of ongoing projects and tasks in my head at all times took all of my energy, and I was burnt out fast. this app is amazing, I can quickly input tasks and reminders as I think of them, and then relax in my off time. When it’s time to work, I log in and see my day planned for me. Like having a virtual assistant!
