Trying to figure out why my payment hasn't went through

I got this app because I recently bought a radio through snap finance. I thought the app would make keeping track of what I owe, and making payments would be useful. No you can’t pay anything on the app. It doesn’t even recognize that I have leased anything, it asks if I wanna apply for one. What is the point of filling in personal info if it can’t even pull up the lease I have already signed? Then I have the option to shop in store or online. All useless. I don’t need to shop for anything through snap if I can’t manage my payments through this awful app.
Don’t waste your time

I got this app with the intention of buying food at Sam’s club, the reason I say don’t wast your time is because I drove a bit far thinking I would be able to buy a bulk of food. I did my research and new that “ I could “ use this app to basically get a loan for that it was ridiculous how I qualified for the loan and everything but couldn’t because apparently the app was not working at the store when I apparently had it set up and ready. I’ve never been so humiliated like this before!!!

Do not do it unless it is your last option! Made a purchase, got the incorrect item. Had to send back. Was charged a $160 restocking fee by merchant and my payments did not stop. $387 for an item I never used…no credit from Snap for payments, even though I returned right away. Had to call multiple times over the issue. Still took payment and then would not refund. Horrible. Don’t use them. Predatory lending!
