EF Campus Connect Reviews

It’s amazing how EFCampusConnect is called ef connect and yet they removed the option to message other people in the school, a feature that worked in the previous app for years. Even then in that app the messaging feature worked horribly, and instead of trying to improve it they just decided to scrap it entirely.

im not too sure why or if it is a me problem, but EFCampusConnect does not allow you to change your profile picture, or have a profile for that matter. it also does not actually “connect” with any other travelers as the website did. it’s a pretty pointless app. the website was much better.

EFCampusConnect is so buggy it makes me doubt EF as a company. I opened EFCampusConnect one day, stepped away for ten minutes and when I came back it had logged me out. Then it wouldn’t recognize my logon. Said it couldn’t find my account. I went through the password reset and after a few steps that process led to a dead end and some weird error.
The worst part is that this is the third time I’ve had this happen to my on the account. I’ve emailed tech support and they literally refused to help me. I’ve called their phone number and submitted multiple “support tickets” and never heard back from technical support. I’m leaving in less than a month and I am starting to worry I have been scammed out of my tuition by a fake company.

Imposible to login or create account for days!!

I give EFCampusConnect experience a one star, as it is not possible to give less. EFCampusConnect looks good, but there is little or no information in it (probably a back-end issue, even if EFCampusConnect was perfect it does not work without data being feed in somewhere, and it is absolutely not happening) We were at the airport ready to leave for a three week stay and there iwere still no travel or accommodation information available.
Don’t select EF because of their fancy web or app, as it does not currently work. After an hour on hold I informed them, and asked them to ensure the data were inserted. As for campus credits? Ordered through EFCampusConnect , account charged but the credits are nowhere to be found. Next time we will also consider any smaller language school with real people supporting and answering the phone

I just updated EFCampusConnect and it won't open in Safari; it initially asks for me to sign back in but then times out. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please fix

It a good app. Is good at organizing the information you need and making sure you know what you need to do and where you need to go. The only thing I would do is, delete the activities when they are done.

I really like how it’s built. You can find all your information very easily and it’s nice to have it all collected in one app. Organised and clear.
You even get information and tips on your destination and they help you count down your days until you get to go!

Honestly super helpful. Anything I needed was on EFCampusConnect and it was super easy to navigate and find things.

This was so helpful to help me find out all my classes this summer. I had all my information for flights and trains on here as well. Great app!

I have loved my experience with campus connect. EFCampusConnect is so easy to use and was so helpful before my trip to Nice. It nicely laid out all of the info I needed to make my trip a success! Will use again for my future adventures with EF.

Love learning languages by traveling and the EF campus connect app just made everything super simple. All the necessary information, documents and support in the same spot.

EF Connect is a wonderful app that gives you access to all of the information that you’ll need for your trip. EFCampusConnect runs very smoothly and is very easy to navigate. If you’re planning on travelling with EF, EFCampusConnect will be a LIFESAVER! I highly recommend.

Convenient to upload your paperwork necessary for your trip, you can see your travel city’s school and teachers, you can buy credits beforehand discounted for activities, and you can see the countdown for when your trip begins!

EFCampusConnect is super cool and it is very useful because it has information about the campus you are going to study

A very complete app for EF students. It has everything you need to have an amazing experience during your classes, all needed information as the schedule, the activities available, the directions, the travel details and more.

It’s well structured and very easy to learn how to use it. You can it to book your EF activities or to keep all your paperwork necessary for your trip.

It is so useful to figure out my schedule and some activities. EF course is pretty good to improve my English skills. I met a lot of friends in here.

* One thing I hope to modify is sending notification when my schedule changed.
