1 month agoI saw today 27/02/2023 that you are trying to take out over £100.00 from my bank account I can't afford this as I will go over drawn and I certainly hadn't received any prior notice from yourselves that this was going to happen Please cancel any subscription that I might have signed up for immediately

2 months agoWhile I absolutely know, I am not responding to Craftsy on this website, as it is not "Craftsy". I must say they are quick to charge for a year membership without any notice at all! Then you will pay the devil to get your money back and get your account refunded!!

1 year agoPlease I signed up last year for just 2.99 dollars and strangely for this year, my account has been debited with 89.99 dollars without any notice. I would kindly want to request a refund and end the subscription.

Useless
I have been in contact with the company for over a month about the same issues I have been having. The app won’t download the classes at all it keeps saying failed and that’s under download. They can’t tell me how to correct it nor do they know how themselves. I have been a premium member for years and I enjoyed the first app they had compared to this one. In the first app you could watch the videos with downloading them. This app is useless and a waste of space because all the workers can do is send you a picture of a step by step of the stuff you already know.

Very disappointing
I had the old app, paid for a class to knit my first sweater by Caddie Ledbetter. With this new app, it won’t accept my sign in information, I can’t change my password because it doesn’t recognize my email that I know is right, and I now have no access to that sweater pattern. Very bad for Craftsy! The older version was much easier to use, but I cannot access that pattern there either!! I’m in the middle of knitting a vest using that same pattern by memory. I need finishing instructions for the neckline and placement of sleeve area. What to do?

Used to be free for most classes!
Years ago I downloaded this app and added to ‘my stuff’ many classes and patterns that I was looking forward to using once I retired. When I went to open my account, I discovered everything was gone and now I must pay to access the classes. I was really looking forward to using these classes. I had already downloaded these classes when they were free; I should have been ‘grandfathered’ in. I won’t pay to use this app and will be deleting it.
