My Diary - Journal with Lock Reviews

I love MyDiary. It is so easy for me to remember to write in it every day. If you are off WiFi you have a peaceful no ad writing. I live the picture add on, stickers, and how the lock is free. I had a lot of trouble finding one with a free lock. I do wish the non-pro had more options but it is totally functional without a pro membership. Safely locked and kept away. Love MyDiary. You need this in your life if you don’t already have this!

UPDATE: I paid for the "pro" yearly VIP and it STILL shows ads! This is super upsetting as I assumed the ads would go away with the subscription.

MyDiary is a fantastic competitor with Day 1 journal, has a lot of features that I love like calendar view, mood tracker, different backgrounds, etc. But you can't sync your data with the cloud in any way. Case in point, my phone died and I had to reinstall MyDiary and there was no way to get my data back. It's lost! Just something to consider for the future. I know that's a difficult piece of engineering to attain, but for the premium service it seems like the least they could do.

Nice journal. Clean, organized, mood settings, iCloud support, simple vector backgrounds with soft colors. It’s dressed nice and has all the journal functions you need. Price is high for the permanent unlock, but most journals only offer subscriptions. One minor gripe is after paying the full unlock price, I can still see the “Pro” icon link for purchasing MyDiary at the top. Since I bought the full unlock, that icon should disappear giving me a clean interface. Also, how about a Mac app compatibility? Landscape mode? 5 stars when I see those!

I would give it five stars except for the fact that it has so few free themes. I wish it were possible to use one of my own pictures as I do on my computer, tablet and phone. Other than that I like is the format and that it has a double lock format and the few themes it has are at least nice. I would still like to use my own pictures. They’re important because certain types of photographs and art help me emotionally/mentally, so I like to change pictures fairly frequently.

Hey I actually like MyDiary, however one thing I would definitely suggest is securing the diary into an account, so we could use MyDiary on any device; saving our information we put into it. Although there is a ICloud option, it doesn’t work on every device either due to full storage or depending on your phone. I would really like if you guys make this into an account. Either link it into Facebook, Email or any other platform.

Every single time I go into MyDiary I have to “restore purchase” in order to use any of the “pro” features.
It also says that it’s a monthly charge yet took out the whole years amount instead. I did not have that much money available and had to move money around. I also don’t like that if I try to edit something it will change the font and revert it to normal font if I had it in italics or bolds. It’s very frustrating, especially since I only wanted to try it for a month on pro to see if I liked it and am now stuck with it.

I love my diary it is the perfect app for a 11 year old girl who has lots of secrets and feelings. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone out there who wants a easy diary. I love how having a password is free on MyDiary because there was this diary I really wanted but I had to pay for the lock. I am so glad that I have MyDiary. I have already recommended it to my friends. If u r reading this review u need to get MyDiary immediately.

It’s a great app! it doesn’t have any negative qualities I just recommend adding a few more things to give it some vibrance.
I find myself always wanting to draw something because some emotions or experiences are best demonstrated when drawn so I recommend adding some kind of pencil to draw something. Also varying with the fonts would be another thing I’d add. I actually think there are a lot of things that you can add maybe if I found all of these things in the permanent subscription I’d buy it.

My diary is good but I don’t like how for the pro version you have to pay can you guys please fix that but other than that I like how you can pick your own emoji so that you can possibly imagine on a real diary it’s really cool if you don’t have MyDiary what are you doing with your life download my diary now and see what you were missing out on

I think this is a very great app, it’s helped me open up about a lot of personal problems of mine.I know it’s not like I’m actually talking to somebody but I like that I can write it down and have it in a safe spot just express myself in a good way.I definitely recommend trying to use as if you’re having issues just talking to anybody in general.

I’ve only had MyDiary for a few days, but so far I really like it! It uses thumbprint, coding thingy, and a question for passwords! If your thumbprint doesn’t work for some reason, you can try the other two options to get into MyDiary ! I feel secure knowing that other people won’t be able to get in it that easily!

This is a great great great diary I have enjoyed it every minute I get a chance it keeps nice pictures and nice notes I want to thank the person that put this diary at the iTunes Store iam going to wait until I get some more money because I’m going to pay the full price for this diary I want to own it .so look for me to own this diary it’s worth the price

I am truly enjoying MyDiary ! Itis very convenient when you are a very busy person. It allows me to take the thoughts that I’m having while working in the house driving in the car etc. and making the notes I need that I may not have time to write down myself.

I've wanted a diary for a LONG time that i could keep secrets in that the world doesn't need to know. So I started my search for one and found this beautiful ruby!!! so this is now my favorite app EVER!!!❤️😍 SO people who made this keep making awesome apps like this cause this one is great 👍 wish yall best of life

I like MyDiary. I want to love it. It has a great interface. Super simple to use. The only thing I would change about this is a log in. Something that syncs your journal entries over devices. I have a new phone and so many journal entries on this same app on another device. It’s kind of unfortunate that I can’t sync them to my new device. :(

This is a good app it’s actually the only diary app I use, but after a while of using it I tried to open MyDiary and it crashed. I then tried to install the update and open it, but it still crashed. So I have uninstalled and reinstalled MyDiary many times but it still crashes. But otherwise it is a good app :)

MyDiary is way to underrated. But I have to comment, that MyDiary has everything that I need! A password to keep everything private-for FREE, cute custom backgrounds, and keeps a calendar, so you can go back anytime to write something you missed. It even have a mid chart! Love MyDiary!

It’s been pretty good. It lets you have a lock and stuff. And you get to pick your own theme. But there are only so much you can choose from. Other then that, I love it! You can also do a quick summary on how your day was. 10/10 would recommend💖💫

This keeps all my secrets safe and it works so well I don’t want to use pro anyway so that helps a bunch. Pro I think would cost eventually money and I don’t really want that. And you don’t even need pro is so many things you can do for free. MyDiary is the best diary have I ever had!!!

as you can see this is an online diary app. But some may find it interesting because٫ there is many stuff to do like buy a nice theme for your diary to enjoy. you can also press the plus to make an entry MyDiary is recommend.

It’s such a sweet diary journal 📓 📔 please play this you can put pictures in your diary story it’s great I always get up early and write in the journal you guys would love MyDiary you can put tags 🏷 and backgrounds and you can write about all your favorite things and yeah.(by the way I hate cats just a hint)

I love that I can lock my journal and have that privacy, I love how cute it is with all the features just wish more was free but still it’s great. I would like there to be more fonts to choose from that would be fun. But overall it’s super cute and does the job

You can change the font, you can add sound to your diary entree, and this is an good diary, I only have one complaint most of the good things cost money or pro, which is with most apps, which I understand, so this is a good app😊

I liked all the features and paid for the pro to use all the stickers. However, whenever you have a longer post and want to add a sticker, it just adds it to a random place and you can’t place it further down in the text. Please fix!

MyDiary is amazing!! Would highly recommend for those who need to vent about day to day life. And if you need to write something but you don’t want anybody to see, just set the lock!!! So easy and any.

This is the best game well not really game but whatever is the best thing ever it’s better than my real gallery is stories more things specially my secrets but I’m still figuring out how to do the password
