I’ve just bought a data plan and: 1. It doesn’t create an esim automatically. You have to add a plan manually, copy and paste codes to activate. So basically trifa just issues you a code and gives a brief manual. 2. It doesn’t work so I check FAQ and looks like you need to adjust APN manually too. Okay. 3. All set, no internet access. Turned on and off multiple times with no effect. 4. “Support” is a google form. Will ask for refund. UPD That’s what they tell you after 3 days (I’ve sent them the settings screenshots right away; they couldn’t suggest why esim is not working): “ Per our service policy. We can check if the eSIM is installed and the data usage in our system, but we cannot check the settings of your device, so you will have to operate it yourself. Therefore, we can only help you with the settings, but in this case, we cannot offer refunds. ”
UPD after dev response: I’m a software developer myself, I have 5 esim apps on my iPhone 12 and I manually added more esims with codes. Guys, your app is just not working as intended and you’re awful at customer support. Admit it!
