Wish I could track progress

I loveee FORM, it has so many amazing features including the workouts, the recipes, etc. The one thing that I wish it included was progress tracking. Unless I’m missing something, it seems that you can’t track your progress throughout a program. I’ll start a program and then I’ll need to scroll through the entire program again and hopefully remember where I was to continue. There is no progress bar, or progress tracking of any kind to show you where you are within a particular program or show you which workouts you’ve already completed. The only option it gives you is to return to a video you’ve paused.
I’m really hoping this will change for a better long-term experience!

Best Workout App Ever

I’m a runner and have been wanting to incorporate strength training to help give my muscles more definition, and can never force myself to consistently go to the gym to do it. The ease of walking out the door and running is why I can do it regularly, and this app is the workout equivalent to that sort of ease. All you need is a mat and a pair of light dumbbells to do basically every exercise video, and I find it so easy and fun to get the workouts done each day. They’re quick but challenging and I love that I’m doing the workout with Sami so it feels like a personal training session. It’s so much easier to push yourself when she’s there telling you to push yourself haha. Plus there’s a ton of little 5 minute finisher videos for specific muscle groups you can add on or use to build your own custom workout. I’m obsessed. Totally worth the money and then some.

Best decision I’ve made for myself

I’m so lucky I came across an ad for FORM- for I have been looking for this kind of workout program for sooo long. There is so much variety to choose from. My favorite part about this app is their user friendly app to navigate your next workout in mere minutes. It’s extremely organized and you can choose your workout based on which areas / intensity you want to go for. Love love love. I love Sami and her encouragement through the classes (which truly kick your bum in the best way). If your a girlie trying to get into working out at home, I highly highly highly recommend FORM over anything on YouTube/gym/workout classes outside. Stay consistent and you will literally see your body change!

Best workouts for busy moms!

I’ve been doing this app workouts for several months now and I love it. The variety of workouts means I get a full body workout without having to think about it, and most are 30-40 minutes. Some use equipment and some don’t and I love that depending on the day I can choose what feels best for my body. I follow the weekly schedule which is super easy and means I’m always doing different workouts so I don’t get bored. There are three tracks to choose from so there is something for everyone. I enjoy the variety of targeted workouts like abs, booty etc that I can throw on at the end of a workout too. The nutrition piece is amazing as well. And there is so much community support. 10 out of 10 for this busy mama. Would highly recommend checking it out.

I just have to say…

By far my favorite program I’ve ever used. I’ve tried many different apps but this one has completely changed my mind. Sam and her team help me feel strong and build more confidence. I truly enjoy the workouts and with each one i feel stronger. I’m currently doing the six week Pilates and strength program which consist of 5 days a week. The workouts are 20 to 35 minutes max and you actually feel like you got a great workout in. I can already see a difference & I still have three weeks left. There are so many resources on FORM , including meal prepping stretching, and so many options of different workouts based on how you were feeling. My energy levels are back and I look forward to each day working out with Sam and her team.

Amazing!!!!

Amazing, great and awesome workouts!!! Sami … I started following Sami during the shutdown when all gyms were closed. I live in MI so we have a time difference but I still made sure to be on time when she did the live workout. Her workout changed my body. And I love her personality, she always motivated me to push myself. Also my kids used to love when I would make a comment during the live workout and they hear her mentioning my name when she commented back, the kids workout out with me too :). So when Sami came up with this app I joined right away, love every single workout on this app. When I’m not in a mood to workout for a long time I try to do the 5-10 minutes and still feel great after. Keep up the good work Sami and best of luck with everything. You deserve it, you worked really hard for it. Love, Olivia:)

LIFE CHANGER

Thanks to this app, I was able to reclaim my healthy lifestyle. My journey wasn’t easy, I used to work out daily and push myself hard. But then, I underwent a difficult surgery, and the recovery was even harder. I couldn’t work out for 3 to 4 months, and when I was finally recovered, the loss of my strength and conditioning left me so discouraged that I stopped working out entirely for a year. This took a toll on my mental health and self-love, leaving me in a very bad place. That’s when I discovered Transform, which led me to try the this app method. It was a game-changer! With gentle yet effective guidance, I was able to ease back into my fitness routine, rebuild my strength, and find balance like never before. this app didn’t just help me get fit again, it helped me feel whole. I’m so grateful for this method and the positive impact it’s had on my life.

Love Love - No excuses for ever missing a workout

Love FORM and the type of workouts and schedule that Sami creates each week. I travel a lot for work and I was looking for a work plan that would give me flexibility to do workouts at the gym with weights or from a hotel without weights. I also love that I can modify my workout to fit my cycle syncing. It’s made it easier on that time of the month to be able to still do some time of movement but I am not over exerting myself where my body doesn’t feel good the next day. These workouts make me feel sore and stronger each time I do them. I enjoy the music and motivation from Sami while doing the workouts. It really makes it feel like having a personal trainer without paying the price for one! Happy to support a woman founded company and can’t wait to see what is more to come from this app!

The only workouts i enjoy!!!

I have always struggled to find some sort of exercises that i enjoyed and would give results. Sami is so intentional and encouraging and knowledgeable. FORM has countless workouts so you can find EXACTLY what you are looking for or they have a workout chosen everyday for you so you dont have to decide if you don't want to! It also have short mediations and so many recipes so it is more than just a fitness program. It aims for you to connect and heal and strengthen you body and you overall connection to self. It has positively effected my life in so many ways and ive only been on it a few months. Sami proves that you only need a few minutes to take care of your body and set yourself up for success. Seriously cant recommend enough. Also a really affordable price for everything you get!!!! Thanks SAMI

POV of a college student

As a busy college student who also works part time I’ve always found it really difficult to have a workout routine I was in love with. As a former competitive athlete I always thought that an effective workout only came with feeling absolutely beat after. So many strength and conditioning coaches drilled that mindset into my head - and I believed it so much so, it made my performance decline and I was far more prone to injury. this app has been so life changing for me - it provides a large variety of workouts that still utilize strength training and lifting but balancing it with Pilates style workouts. I feel so much more toned and less inflamed after workouts and my core and stability has never been better!! And Pilates, even as an athlete, humbled me at first. But it truly helps build the foundation of whatever your personal physical goals are. And most days I don’t have the time or energy to craft my own workouts - being able to just pick one that I like daily has made it extremely easy. For the first time in forever I actually look forward to my daily workouts and feeling energized rather than exhausted after!! 10/10 Recommend!!

A Confident Mama

Since having my daughter, I haven’t been super confident in my body and I have trouble finding the time and energy to get to the gym. My friend introduced me to this app and I cannot express enough how life changing it has been. I LOVE Sami’s Pilates x Strength work outs. They give me something to look forward to everyday. It is something that I get to do for MYSELF after spending the day with my toddler. Sami is such a supportive instructor. She pushes you to keep going but makes you feel confident and like you are in a safe space. I also feel less intimidated by the time of each workout since normally they are around 30mins. Despite being “shorter” than an hour class at the gym, they are KILLLLLLER & effective. I love how she spreads out the different sets and routines. Just when I’m starting to get tired, I get the confidence to keep on going. I also love how to reminds us to focus on our mind to muscle. That has helped me to focus on my this app and nurturing my body. On top of feeling so great mentally and physically, I have also received many compliments from people… so it is definitely making a difference. I can’t praise this app enough. Life changing for my fitness journey

I’ve tried many programs and apps over the past 10 years, but this is the one I’ve stuck with for over a year and a half. The variety of options is incredible, and I love how Sammi pushes me through each workout. I always look forward to exercising because not only are the workouts effective, but they’re genuinely fun.

For a long time, I was just mixing and matching different workouts from FORM based on how I felt, but recently, I started the 14-day strength program, and it’s been a game changer. It has pushed me harder than ever, made me realize how strong I really am, and shown me that I’m capable of more than I thought. I’m only on day 10, and I’m already seeing results in how my body looks and feels.

I can’t wait to finish this program in a few days and dive into another one of her programs. It’s amazing, and I will never stop recommending it!

FORM IS MY RELIGION

Getting back into working out has been so enjoyable with this app. I’m someone who during the pandemic was doing hour long HIIT/ strength style workouts almost everyday. With life resuming I found it hard to incorporate fitness back into a busy post pandemic life. Since joining this app it makes working out much more sustainable, realistic, and enjoyable. The workouts are so practical to fit into everyday life. They’ve allowed me to get connected with my body again and realize i don’t have to kill myself for a hour everyday to get the mental/ mindset benefits and physical benefits I was seeking. Sammi also has the best energy and you can feel the love she puts into FORM . I look forward everyday to my workout because there’s so much variety. I have to keep my workouts fresh or else i’ll get bored. Honestly it’s an ridiculously amazing value as well for 22 dollars a month which makes it more accessible to wider demographic! We love 🤍🤍🤍

Truly didn’t enjoy working out before Form.

I’m someone who easily comes up with excuses not to workout, and I was in desperate need to find workouts that would work for “me.” I had followed Sami for awhile on Instagram but could never fully convince myself to join the this app community. One day I finally said f*#! it! Let’s go for it (while I was hoping that paying for FORM would motivate me that much more!) And I’m SO glad that I did! These workouts have so much variety that I think there’s something for everyone within this community. Add the fact that Sami is literally the sweetest person and brings her own perspective of motivation to the workouts. I’ve managed to get my mom involved in some of her beginner friendly workouts as well! My mom’s approaching 60 & it’s important for me to motivate her to be her healthiest too, and I’m glad I can provide some of Sami’s workouts for her to try. She enjoys them :) The pilates challenges are amazing! If you’re thinking about it, I highly recommend. Here’s to a ~healthier~ 2024🫶🏼

I love this app…but I have some ideas

I love using this as my main workout app. Very user friendly and the workouts are great. I also appreciate that there is always new videos and programs coming out which keeps me on my toes.

The only suggestions I would have is that I wish we can make our own playlists in the list section of FORM . I love to categorize different workouts based off my individual needs rather than only rely on the programs and playlists provided. Also, I wish there was an indication that I have completed the workout. Some check mark to help me feel accomplished and avoid unintentionally doing the same workout again. It would also be cool if there was a streak on FORM or some kind of record of all of the things accomplished. I find those stats quite encouraging and it gives me a better sense of where I am at in my fitness journey.

I have absolutely no complaints about the workouts or recipes. I think they are fantastic and very user friendly. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

Finally found You

My niece introduced me to your app and I am in LOVE with the workouts, the instructors, the layout and ease of you, and recipes. I have always been in to fitness, since my early 20s. When I was 47, I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and had a total hysterectomy which threw me in to menopause overnight. My hormones have been getting in to balance the past 3 years, however I have struggled with my body which reacts totally different than it did before. Without changing my diet or exercise, I had steadily gained about 15 lbs, more than ever in my life. I felt disconnected and sad, that this was it. Then I found You. You are giving me my power back. Your instructors are, maybe strange to say, but they are loving in their energy and instruction. It makes me feel like I am in good hands and pushing through my negative emotions, gaining my connection back. I look forward to exploring more and trying he Pilates/Yoga type workouts next. First, you are helping me with routine and looking forward to something again. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for putting this platform out here 💛

A Recovery Journey and Body Transformation of a mom of 2

I have been using this app for almost a year now and I’m so grateful i found this program. I love how each workout is tailored to the female body and takes into account all of the physical, emotional and hormonal stages. Not many workout programs really focus on this. I found this program after I went through a very difficult postpartum period, which required pelvic floor physical therapy for about 4 months. After months of intense physical therapy, I was able to slowly incorporate this app workouts that allowed me to safely increase my strength and stamina. If it wasn’t for this app’s training guidance, I don’t think I would have recovered as quickly as I did. The encouraging words of Sami and the other trainers truly pushed me to think positively and confidently about my body during a very dark period in my life. I will be forever grateful to everyone at this app for the transformation. I lost about 20 lbs which was more of an added bonus but feeling strong and overcoming injury was my main focus. I can lift my 30 pound toddler with out strain or loss of energy. Thank you this app!!

The BEST health and fitness app I’ve ever used

If only they could auto download this on everyone’s phone like they did with that terrible U2 album… As most people, I have used my fair share of “fitness apps” and let’s be honest… they are all marketed to the power lifting, free weight throwing, gym rats. BUT THIS!!!! THIS IS FORM for anyone who enjoys getting their body moving with effective workouts without having to spend HOURS in the gym. FORM is totally user friendly and laid out so you can find exactly what kind of workout you want to do without committing to an hour long super-aggressive, soul sucking workout. I love the aesthetic of the entire program. It’s very calming, comforting and not distracting with wild colors and loud music and crazy props. The this app fuel section is 12/10!!! They have some incredible recipes that are simple to make, totally delicious. Personally, eating whole balanced foods is SUPER important and I love that FORM gives just that. Overall, FORM gets me excited about my health and fitness. It makes me feel amazing. It’s part of my life now and I could never stray away from it. Thanks Sammi for breaking the mold for us more “chill” workout gals!

Mom on the move

I LOVE FORM! I started following Sami through the shutdown/lockdown on Instagram and just thoroughly enjoyed her workouts. I was a new mom then and wanted to get my workout in but didn’t have a ton of extra time to spend at a gym. Her workouts were perfect. I’m not a huge cardio person and I like to incorporate more functional training, HIIT, and now Pilates into my workouts. FORM is easy to use and organized well! I’m still using it since the beginning and have 3 kiddos and it makes working out less of a headache and more of something to look forward to! Also, the addition of Brynley has been a game changer too. The weighted workouts are incredibly motivating and I could go on and on about this app! Clearly, a huge fan. I literally tell everyone I meet about it! My kids also enjoy jumping into some of the workouts. My oldest girl always says “mama, we doing 2 people workout today or 1 people workout?” (Sometimes there will be multiple trainers or shelbs on the screen with Sami). They also love when River (Sami’s dog) joins the workouts too! No matter where you are in your workout journey/lifestyle there is something on here for you!

Never been this consistent before!

I’m a full time college student at the University of Michigan (subtle flex) and while I’ve been doing Pilates for about 6 years now, since starting school this past year I’ve found it increasingly difficult to remain active. I think the factor that played the biggest role is doing it myself, finding a workout I feel I have the energy to do after a long stressful day or something I can just get done between classes is so hard. I’ve only been doing this app for 3 weeks and I’ve already noticed a difference the workouts fit so well into my days and they actually make me feel good, I have been a dancer and runner my whole life so the strength aspect is new to me and I believe that Sami was the best person to introduce me to it. I finally feel strong again. I’m so excited to continue exploring FORM and thank you Sami for making it worth while!
