I see black screnns in my game

I can not log into the application when i attempt to log in the app says that i have network connection issues i have uninstalled and reinstalled the application. This is the only app i have network issues with this is something on the naraka end and i can not fix the issue

How to fix Naraka+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Naraka+ app on iPhone
Update Naraka+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Naraka+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Naraka+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Naraka+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Naraka+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Naraka+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Naraka+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Naraka+ » click [Force Stop]

Update Naraka+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Naraka+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Naraka+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Naraka+.

Fix Naraka+ unable to contact server/ Naraka+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Naraka+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Naraka+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Naraka+
