I tried to order food and it wants me to select a location, and when I put the nearest location in, nothing is showing.

Hardees app (using for first time) will not allow me to select a store to place my order…..it keeps defaulting to Jeffersonville Indiana. I’m in Frankfort Ky. I’m using an Apple 12 smart phone . Hardee’s app is too slow and clunky! Suggest you look at competitor’s sites for examples of easier and more smooth on-line transactions.

I have over 900 *'s, and when applying for a 500 * reward to anything in my cart I get a "Whoops! Something went wrong, make sure you have eligible items in your cart" I've even deleted the app and reinstalled, but still dealing with the same issue. Please Help!

My app stopped working on my Samsung phone. I could only get a blank screen. I turned cell off and on and did an uninstall. Now it is telling me the app won't work on my device. This is poor service. Nancy Petros

I have had multiple issues since the update. A couple days ago, I ordered a breakfast platter with points; but it froze on Place Order. I tried multiple times and rebooted the phone. Nothing. Now,it shows that order as Complete even though I was never able to complete the order and get a text with the link for when I arrived. Today, I tried to place an order for onion rings and a free small fry (via Redeem). I entered my credit card number for the onion rings and tried to Place Order. Once again, it wouldn't let me. I tried several times and even tried starting the order over but had the same result. This is very frustrating!!

There are only 2 items available on the app menu. A chicken biscuit and a Frisco breakfast sandwich after I updated the app. I tried different Hardee's locations in my area and got the same thing.

At checkout, the place order button won’t appear even when all the information that is required is filled in. Not allowing me to order at all.

A legal note: do not sell my personal information. Now, I have all of these points and can’t get the app.to redeem my points for the “free item.” Is this fraudulent?

There’s nowhere to check in on my app. I can order & the restaurant gets it, but I don’t get a text or email with a link to check in so they can make it before I get there. Every time an employee tells me ‘you should have checked in so we could already have it done for you’ I’m about to stop using the app because of this. The employee says I should get an email or text with a link.
