My iPhone 13 iOS 16.3.1 , total files pro can’t download VDO content. How to solve this problem.
I am able to download videos, however when you come to play them, you just get ‘the whirling wheel” and cannot then play the video, although it’s still showing in the library. Have de installed and re installed the app 3 times and have excellent broadband speed over 300Mbs, previous to this it has been working perfectly. Current software IPadOS 15.7 Please help
