I’ve tired logging In through the app and website and it will not work. On the website it’s telling me I have to pay even though I already did. On the app when I try logging in it keeps spinning or doesn’t react at all. I’ve tired restarting my phone as well and deleting the app. Nothing is working !!

How to fix XPLR Club app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the XPLR Club app on iPhone
Update XPLR Club app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall XPLR Club iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix XPLR Club on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve XPLR Club network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

XPLR Club Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix XPLR Club not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the XPLR Club App
1. On android, goto Settings » XPLR Club » click [Force Stop]

Update XPLR Club to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear XPLR Club App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » XPLR Club » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart XPLR Club.

Fix XPLR Club unable to contact server/ XPLR Club internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click XPLR Club » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto XPLR Club » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch XPLR Club
