I pay the monthly subscription fee and I can not log onto the app at all! It won't let me us my password or reset it. How do I get refunded or get the app to work correctly!

I’ve tired logging In through the app and website and it will not work. On the website it’s telling me I have to pay even though I already did. On the app when I try logging in it keeps spinning or doesn’t react at all. I’ve tired restarting my phone as well and deleting the app. Nothing is working !!

I try to login and it just spins. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it continues. I’ve tried signing in on the website and it says I have to pay even though I have a current subscription

I try to login but when I hit the login button it gets stuck on the loading circle forever. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my iPhone, no more updates are available. I don’t know what to do
