10 months agoHave cancelled this subscription over six months ago and when I call the number it tells me it cannot take any calls right now I need this to cancel and no one is helping

1 year agoI am not able to access my account. When I first signed up, it kept giving me an error so I figured nothing went through. To my surprise I received an email and a charge on my card. I have no clue what password it took and every time I have tried to reset it, it never sends the code. I have emailed customer service and no answer. I have also had issues with ordering items where we ordered the wrong size and emailed the same day and was told there was nothing they could do to cancel the order or change the size on a phone case. I really enjoy watching Sam and Colby, but the non customer service that has been provided has made me return unsubscribe from them and unfollow on all platforms

2 years agoI cannot log in to my account. I havent been able to for over 2 months. I signed up because I am a huge fan and I have never been able to access any of the features. I am being charged $20 a month and I am not able to cancel my account because it wont let me log in. I need to get a response or this will be reported as fraud. I need all of the money refunded asap.

Terrible customer service
I have reached out to customer service about not being able to log into my account 3 times. Even reached out through DM on Instagram about this issue to them directly. Absolutely no answer. Haven’t been able to watch any content or log in for a month. Absolutely disappointing.

Free to download but not to use
Yes I like the idea but it doesn’t make sense to me it’s free to download but not to use I was I’m a big fan don’t get me wrong but it’s just messed up Sam and Colby please fix this and maybe make an arcade game reason why I’m giving it to star is because it’s free to download and not to use

Okay so I love the boys and all and I think the XPLR Club is an amazing idea but first off the quality of the videos are just not good. I was thinking they’d be in HD and not 144 fps. For 20$ you’d think I’d be paying for all of that but not at all from what I’ve seen. Secondly 20$ is too much. Make it like 10-13 and you’ll probably see a lot more since 20 is hard to come by for your demographic. But it’s all love and I have no hate towards you guys. Keep up the good work!
