When the Hybrid Challenge went live yesterday I lost access to my Phase 2 strength challenge. It's my absolute favorite so I was wondering if you could help me out.

I downloaded the madfit app last month and it was working just fine with me, but right after we entered the new year all my weeks got messed up and it jumped to week 56.
I just purchased an annual subscription to the madfit app and I logged into it on my Samsung s22. It worked fine. Then I logged into it on my iPhone 12 and it worked fine this morning. I tried to do a work out on my android phone and got the error message: “service unavailable.”
