Total waste= JUNK
AirCast is junk. “Unless”, you want to record and then playback. If you’ve got 4 or 5 hrs. to kill doing that, then, maybe it’s for you. I’d give it negative 5 stars if possible. I rarely write reviews. BUT AirCast IS JUNK, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
If you want to project anything other than short home videos from your phone, it doesn’t work.

Absolute waste
Definitely don’t waste your money. Has no real benefit of any kind. Ad description makes it seem like you need it to use an already free service. Wish I had read the reviews first.

AirCast doesn’t work. They sneak in an annual plan charge too, I didn’t agree to it and got charged $29 for an annual plan for an app that doesn’t even do what it’s supposed to. Do not recommend, just use airplay

Not Airplay
I’m in a Covid stupor. Sick in bed wanted to cast movies from my iPad and didn’t realize this was an app that only allows to cast videos from your own data. You can’t cast from streaming apps.

I did the 3 day free trial and deleted within 5 minutes and I was still charged for the full amount. No customer service to speak with to dispute.

I want my money back. It’s a ripoff. After the latest update to my iPhone screen mirroring stopped working. That’s why I downloaded this app. I’m not paying a monthly fee.
