How to fix NetBang app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NetBang app on iPhone
Update NetBang app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NetBang iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NetBang on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NetBang network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NetBang Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NetBang not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NetBang App
1. On android, goto Settings » NetBang » click [Force Stop]

Update NetBang to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NetBang App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NetBang » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NetBang.

Fix NetBang unable to contact server/ NetBang internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NetBang » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NetBang » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NetBang
