How to fix BitTherapy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BitTherapy app on iPhone
Update BitTherapy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BitTherapy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BitTherapy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BitTherapy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BitTherapy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BitTherapy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BitTherapy App
1. On android, goto Settings » BitTherapy » click [Force Stop]

Update BitTherapy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BitTherapy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BitTherapy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BitTherapy.

Fix BitTherapy unable to contact server/ BitTherapy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BitTherapy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BitTherapy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
