Close and restart the SecurePad app on iPhone
Update SecurePad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SecurePad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SecurePad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SecurePad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SecurePad app issues:

Force Stop the SecurePad App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SecurePad app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SecurePad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SecurePad App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SecurePad app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SecurePad.

Fix SecurePad unable to contact server/ SecurePad internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SecurePad » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SecurePad » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SecurePad on android.
