Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Timmi app issues:

Force Stop the Timmi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Timmi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Timmi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Timmi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Timmi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Timmi.

Fix Timmi unable to contact server/ Timmi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Timmi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Timmi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
