I’m trying to cancel ScantoPDFDocumentScanner but I am unusable to delete/cancel it. It says I can only cancel from ScantoPDFDocumentScanner Store but I don’t see that option.
I’ve been in a never ending loop from the store to ScantoPDFDocumentScanner on my phone & back again.
You don’t give any instructions or help how to use the scanner!!! On top you insist on. Nickname Nd whatever I put it is taken!
Further more the email does not work. How can I contact you?
Terrible app with hidden charges to lock you in and I'm unable to remove subscription for what should have been a trial period. Very unprofessional app - DO NOT USE!

I have used SCAN SHOT once to scan ONE document, in September, I was then charged £5.99 ever since then, on a weekly basis. I have managed to have a refund for 8 . Thank you. However, I still get charged and the amount of £5.99 has gone through my bank once again, on 17 October, after I removed App, and stated my complain. I have also blocked payments now. Could you please confirm refund and the cancellation of subscription? With thanks.
