GlideX - used to extend the screen of my ASUS Zenbook to an Android tablet via USB and with the paid Ultra level of the apps will often become unreadable on the tablet when scrolling windows and take several seconds to update to a readable screen.

GlideX iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix GlideX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GlideX app on iPhone
Update GlideX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GlideX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GlideX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GlideX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GlideX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GlideX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GlideX App
1. On android, goto Settings » GlideX » click [Force Stop]

Update GlideX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GlideX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GlideX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GlideX.

Fix GlideX unable to contact server/ GlideX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GlideX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GlideX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GlideX
