That of course I can’t use. Just like the original invitation to create an account on line which wasn’t compatible with an iPhone, TotalCard will not recognize my account. My card recently expired which I wasn’t aware of. Instead of notifying me they sent me a closed account notification. I called to pay my bill over the phone, (another hassle) the message said my account wasn’t active and transfered me. They accepted my on regularly on time payment and a week later I received a new card in the mail. It’s mind blowing that in this day and age, I have to call them and continuously enter pertinent information to just pay my bill. They’re still doing things old school. I hope they fix the problem and make it a available to all card users. It would be greatly appreciated.
Ps. Thanks for your response but the MyCCpay is not compatible with the iPhone.
You must use a computer to create an account.
In that regards, since I don’t have an account there, I will not be recognized in TotalCard.
I’ll contact customer service.
Maybe they show me how to get around it.
