How to fix Motomova app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Motomova app on iPhone
Update Motomova app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Motomova iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Motomova on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Motomova network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Motomova Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Motomova not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Motomova App
1. On android, goto Settings » Motomova » click [Force Stop]

Update Motomova to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Motomova App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Motomova » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Motomova.

Fix Motomova unable to contact server/ Motomova internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Motomova » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Motomova » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Motomova
