Support never works

Every time I try to contact support as they don’t have the physical one, I am getting the response that they are full and they might respond slower. I wait for several hours with no response. Awful. Please increase your support stuff. Until then it’s one star.

Not a serious app at all

There is a lot of technical issues with Leobank and a lot broken on UX.

There is no english language on. A lot of wrong advertisement. Poor support by farmbot.

Все хорошо, только вот можно ли обновлять баланс карты сразу, без задержек. То, что видишь в приложении только открыв его, никогда не соответствует действительности, приходится перезапускать приложение несколько раз и ждать ждать ждать
