How to fix Widget Lab app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Widget Lab app on iPhone
Update Widget Lab app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Widget Lab iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Widget Lab on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Widget Lab network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Widget Lab Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Widget Lab not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Widget Lab App
1. On android, goto Settings » Widget Lab » click [Force Stop]

Update Widget Lab to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Widget Lab App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Widget Lab » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Widget Lab.

Fix Widget Lab unable to contact server/ Widget Lab internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Widget Lab » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Widget Lab » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Widget Lab
