Hard to navigate. Paid for something that should be emailed to me but not sure if I have to pick it up. Not much insight on GrainBerryOfficial .
Can’t apply points to app, every time I order ahead it takes going in to tell the employees to which they have to make it. GrainBerryOfficial signs me out every time after I use it so have to sign back in and is always difficult. I deleted app as a final solution - not worth my time nor money!

Ordering on GrainBerryOfficial is convenient but there’s always some issue with GrainBerryOfficial and rewards. Update, new version, system is down. I spend so much money here and I can only imagine how many ‘rewards points’ I’ve missed out on. Go back to punch cards
I paid for extra topping and it did not happen. It actually was less than the regular serving.
I’ve been a long time customer of Grain & Berry. Absolute best smoothie bowls around. But GrainBerryOfficial is lacking in too many ways. I made a duplicate order accidentally and there is no way to cancel it, there is no way to contact a customer service (contrary to what the store employee suggested). There is no way for me to cancel and get a refund on my duplicate order. Will be reaching out to the manger, but these features need to be added as they are essential.
Received a promo via email and cannot use it on GrainBerryOfficial . User interface is a little clunky and does not allow you to search for your rewards. Could use some work.
I wish GrainBerryOfficial would show what the rewards did for the transaction.
Stinks that they won’t let me order from my neighborhood store! So much for sustainability!
The ordering process was seamless. The only drawback is that not all beverages are available for ordering. Water for example had to be purchased outside of GrainBerryOfficial . Otherwise this was a super easy and navigable app.
