I have enjoyed this game, even though it can be expensive. I value designers and their right to make money on their projects. Therefore, I always spend money in the games I play. However, you have taken it way too far. I emailed support and have not had a response, so here goes…
I upgraded the season pass for $10. I hit all 20 levels and had tons of prizes and suddenly they are gone. Even if the season is over, either leave the prizes for me to take OR next time I log on have them automatically added to my account.

The location screens have limited space and some items I had no idea where to put, but to steal them? This is like tons of money and tons of playing time and you thought this was acceptable?

Please return all items to my account or give me a refund for the money I have spent for the season pass. This is such poor behavior, and the fact that no one has answered me after the amount of money I have spent is simply pathetic.

I’ve been playing this game for a little bit. The game mentioned that there was going to be an update and some items would get lost and I didn’t mind. The problem is that the quests in the game are still for where I was before the loss of items. I can’t make clothes or amphoras or vegetables so there’s no way to complete quests so I can’t level up. So I’m stuck unless I buy keys with diamonds. I wouldn’t have a problem if the loss of items was reimbursed with diamonds so I could get to where I was so I could do the quests. So yeah. Lil bit of a bummer.

I downloaded this a while back and deleted it not remembering why so I gave it another shot and here it goes…

1. The energy has very limited ways to refill — 50 diamonds for the first 100 energy??! Almost all other games start with 10 for the first 100, the it cost 20, 40, 80, etc…
2. It’s a little hard to follow what I am merging for. I have to leave the game board to find out what I am merging. Totally kill the momentum.
3. Only 20 energy by watching the ads. I am not even going to comment on that

Bottom line is, I probably will delete the game again in the near future because that limited of energy is almost like an invitation to your player to delete your game. I love the story line and playing different tasks on different locations simultaneously, which makes the game very interesting. But that is just more reason to earn energy, rewards or watch ads that earn more than 20 energy…

I’ve been playing this for sometime now. But you never really get going. I am not one to drop a bunch of my money into a game that really gets you nowhere. You merge and merge and burn up energy to get a few pieces along the way, but those pieces rarely get matches to build or improve your standing.
You win energy for completing tasks, but it is the same tasks and they burn up the energy (and more) that you just won. Items that generate mergable pieces only produce for a short time. Then it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour for regeneration abilities to return. The cycle continues. There are power clocks that allow speeding up time, but they only will take away an hour. So if the regenerating time is over an hour, you burned a timeclock that was earned and you still get to wait. After a while you run to other games to occupy your time while waiting and maybe just decide it isn’t worth it any longer and stop returning.
Last comment is that I have played this nightly for a few months. I’ve gotten all the way to the third building and there are so many more.
Opinion is this game occupies your time, but gives almost no return for your effort. It would be happy to take lots of extra money, but is just too hard to move forward and gain any real advancement. Enough time wasted for me so not returning this time.

I don’t know how to proceed with this game. The diner has an oven but I don’t know what it needs. I had in the past put dough into it, but now it just sits there with two green arrows. There are no requests to fulfill for the lighthouse. The game appears to be unattended by the developers.

Please get someone who speaks English properly to write your English dialogues. It is a shame you have published such poor English, it really detracts from the gameplay. You put so much work into the game, why not get a proper English speaker to compose your dialogue?

I noticed when I went in the game there was a new area unlocked, so I began playing it. It had balls and a telescope of some kind. I had saved up over 20 keys in anticipation of new chapter releases. Well, when I saw this section, I decided to use my keys to open up some of the locked areas. After using all my energy, I exited the game. I came back later and it entered into the same area-from the beginning. All the areas were locked again and my keys were gone! I won’t spend another dime on this game. I feel like I’ve been stolen from.

I absolutely love this game! It’s challenging to try to get the keys to open new areas but I’ve had so much fun that I’ve ran out of episodes. Please release more soon! :)

After latest update I was finally able to move to episode 8 however after a few tasks I now have only two tasks that ask for things that I have now generators for: a turtle, watering can. I haven’t been able to move on once again. I have the whole board unlocked but I have only the greenhouse generator and the grass generator for birds/bugs. I am so frustrated as I really like this game but I can’t make any progress

Why?!

I really used to like this game, the story was entertaining enough and the art was cute. I appreciate y’all trying to make improvements but your update made so I can’t navigate directly between boards anymore and has taken A LOT of chests and items earned from daily challenges from me!

Days, possibly weeks of work saving daily challenge chests up, poof, gone!

I don’t need those chests/items right away so I let them hang out in that little portal before it goes on the board and they are all gone. I had one chest sitting right up front at the farm. But it’s gone. I went to the diner board and just started pulling stuff out, there should be at least two chests from what is on the board and those are gone too!

All this and you didn’t even fix the actual problem with your game of unusable, unbuyable, and undeleteable items. Why? Why are you cause more issues adding unnecessary stuff while ignoring the existing bugs?

Please fix.

I love playing this game and the many different concepts within it. However this is the 6. Yes 6 time I have written to them to resolve the non functioning Space module.

The fix is to skip that one group of tasks and let you continue however the group of tasks. There it is again.

REMOVE this module. Test it make sure it saves. I will test if you need someone to test but I am not going to spend time and money when you cannot get this right. FIX IT already.

I love this game, it’s so easy going and fun! But after the last update (love story) my game just didn’t load anymore! It stopped at 94% loading and that was it! I was in contact with support, send my game id and everything, and no response for the past 2 weeks! Today I decided to delete and reinstall the game, for my surprise it worked! But i lost all my progress, i can sync to get it back, so all the money that I invested (including the game pack that I got on the beginning of the event that i didn’t finished) all gone 🥲

This merge games has an interesting back story. But the problem is the is no place to put extra inventory. It is inevitable that when you play you will end up with extra stuff you don’t need right away,. Part of the game is that you are given gifts to help you move be forward. But this game has no place to put that extra inventory. Instead you have to sell it . Then when you do that object you have to “merge” all over again . Seems like a waste … of time

Good game but latest update doesn’t allow you to move from Location to location without going back to the main map. Also I have bought the season pass a couple of times and not been given the rewards. One time they did reimburse me for that. And the latest update said we would be able to move power ups from one location to the other but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. There doesn’t appear to be an option for that. I was actually excited about that being a new feature.

I love this game. I play it everyday because it is super fun. But I just had a problem with it. When I was doing a part of a quest where you have to get certain things for it then hit the next button well I took my big apple tree that gives me apples when it was only wanting the tree before that one. I am really upset because I needed that tree. I really hope someone who works one MergeMystery sees this review. I will gladly give five stars if it can be fixed

Just downloaded this. Been playing a couple hours already! Love this! Wish there was a group on fb, tho. And your fb pages are not kept up to date. Also, would be nice to log in through fb so we wouldn’t lose our progress - in case something happens.

love the game but since i updated the game keeps crashing, and i dont wanna uninstall because of how far i’ve progressed and since i spent money on gems and stuff…. might just uninstall and not install again since it’ll just be taking up space.. hope u guys fix it soon.

edit: uninstalled the game and lost all of my data. man what the heck i spent a lot of money buying stuff. i should get a refund on everything i bought or can u guys somehow recover my lost progress??

I love this game. Has so many good features so numerous to mention.

I paid for the free pass - evidently which just ended.

However - I can’t open/play the game. It opens and screen shot shows “pass ended - get coin” but freezes.

So I’m not getting the coins - last I saw was at least 4000. Also since it will not let me play - I lost out on finishing up the last item needed to get the daily coins, energy and parts! Also missing out on today’s options.....

Still LOVE this game though :)

UPDATE: Everything back to normal. Thank you for the quick response and fix and replacement “benefits”. I NEED to go do some matching now :)

With the update this morning the game will not open. It get to 90% and stops. I couldn’t find any other way to contact you so I am doing it this way.

I deleted and reinstalled. That worked. I do think that there should be a way to contact your support in the event the game doesn’t load. I changed the stars up to 5 since I do love the game!

I love playing this game! I’ve reached the end of 14 levels and waiting for new ones to come out. I hope it’s not going to be too long of a wait. I was playing one game, reached and completed the 5th restaurant and been waiting for new levels for 18 months. Please create new levels fast!!! Thank you!

So I go to pay for items it says it goes through and then it says that it cancelled the payment. But it still takes the money with no gifts. What is up with that. I’m going to have to uninstall the game and not play. I really like the game. I don’t want to have to do that. Please help.

I’m playing Merge Mansion thanks to the commercials with Kathy Bates. I really like it. So much do that I looked for another and eventually found this one.
Mansion only has one board with storage spaces you can get with coins and they increase in price for every one. The story is actually pretty slow and not do exciting as the commercials elude to.
So I’m really impressed with the multiple boards and the actual Mystery.
