At first, I had a lot of problems getting my photo stick to connect with my iPhone 13. I finally resolved that. I downloaded the Photos stick app as directed. But cannot seem to get my photos onto the stick. I ordered a larger memory than I felt I needed to be sure that I would have plenty of room. but no matter what I do somehow, I cannot get the photos from my photo file backed up onto the photo stick. I tried getting help online. Their auto help was of no help whatsoever. I have since sent an email. I am awaiting an answer from them in the hopes that I can get this resolved quickly.

Overall terrible for the iPhone. I’m returning for refund ASAP! - I guess I got sucker’ed by the idea that a company might actually make this product. When you try to plug in the (very poorly constructed thumb drive) into the adapter, the USB part shifts back and forth, not allowing it to fit into the adapter. (When you think it’s attached it’s actually not all the way in b the adapter has somehow slid back into the thumb drive itself. I know this bc I bought two. The 128GB AND the 256 GB. ThePhotoStickOmni never see’s any photo’s on your device but maybe a few downloaded items. Over all terrible for the iPhone.

I saw that this device was amazing supposively on tv. I bought 2 & upon receiving them I followed the directions and it appeared the photos were downloading. After 3 hours I had to leave and needed my phone. So I followed the instructions of disconnecting the device. Next day attempted to reconnect by following instructions and my iphone doesnt show or connect to the same stick. Im trying to get help from customer support and nothing they have told me to do is working. I dont know what to do not a happy customer at all!

I loaded the photos and videos and it took about 4-5 hours to upload. When it was complete, I followed all the instructions. But when I put the device back in, only the videos had saved. I reached out to customer service and after a few back and forths where they instructed me where to look for the photos, I sent a screen shot showing I was looking in the right place but the photos are not there. In response, they sent me an 87 page user manual. I don’t have time to reload the photos without knowing it will work this time and will not rely on this device with this level of support to store photos long term. I’m sorry to say that I will be sharing this in a one- star review to warn other shoppers. I was really excited about this product and very disappointed that it took so much time, didn’t work, and does not have a meaningful customer support structure in place.

I was skeptical about this product until I got it in the mail. My skepticism went away as soon as I used it for the first time. Photo stick was so easy to use that I was amazed! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this wonderful gadget. I’m confident that my favorite photos and memories will be safe now. I got one for myself, my wife and son!

I am not tech savvy. Very clear instructions.
I only had to look back to the video once. Thats a lot steps!🤣So I had to recheck it. That’s it. I easily followed the steps and all of my files are safely backed up.

I love this because i had 1000 photos i needed off my phone so i put them on here and it was so fast and easy!! and took nearly no space on it!! absolutely love and will recommend!!

Love the Omni photostick, just have to learn to Master it! It says I have a lot of I duplicate photos on my phone which I need to get rid of. I’m hoping to be able to use the Omni photostick to delete all the duplicate photos!

The photo stick is basically intuitive to use, but it is slower than I expected. It reliably backed up nearly 26,000 photographs from my phone and it took about five hours.

So far I think it’s great .i wish for the price it would have come in n some kind of little case . Plus I was very disappointed i didnt do my homework for they are very expensive here

I was a little hesitant because I am not a computer type person but I was able to download ThePhotoStickOmni and then back up my photos from my iPhone. Thank you PhotoStick!

You will need to read the videos a couple of times, then follow the steps carefully then success. It is really easy a piece of cake! I back up all my photos from my IPad/ IPhone 7, very nice and clear and about 10 minutes. Great.

I was skeptical, but it is true. This device does everything it claims to do. I have 14,000 photos and videos in the cloud and they are all saved now on the stick. Absolutely worth the money.

Very easy to use and was much faster at transferring files from phone to stick than I had thought it would take. I only waited a few minutes for over a 1000 files.

Last year is a Christmas gift and didn’t use it but this year I have way too many photos. It literally took me less than three minutes and now my phone is completely clean again!

The PhotoStick is a MUST for people who take tons of pics! In minutes over 4,000 photos and videos have been backed up so I can free up storage on my iPhone!! I used to try transferring things onto my hard drive and always ran into issues. This is so easy!! Love it!!

I’m no techie by any means, but this gadget and app are super easy to use, on my phone and desktop. I couldn’t get my photos from my phone to computer so this really solved my problem. Also backs up music, videos, and documents if you want. Glad I bought it!

I’ve been wanting to backup my photos for years. I bought backup thumb drives, but it was too complicated for this 75 year old. After a small snag that was ‘user error’ I contacted the company and they got me on the right track. This was easy and I’m very pleased to finally feel secure about my photos. I’m a happy Grammy

I had a 32G Photostick Mobile and ran out of room. I bought a competitor’s 128G and it was difficult to use and not intuitive. I bought a 128G “The Photostick Omni and it is great. It identifies the back up files from the source device, iPad, iPhone, Windows Laptop, and etc.
Well worth the expense, it’s not just a thumb drive, it is a file management tool!

I’m on a trip in Peru right now and have downloaded my videos and photos every night after a full day of visiting tourist sites. It’s amazing how fast the Omni stick uploads and it is so easy to use.
