I bought the Photostick Omni with the largest possible capacity quite some time ago but have never been able to get the Photostick option to show up when trying to connect. All I get is Garage Band! Search yields nothing. I have spent way too long trying to get help. Have read all the hints and FAQs and tips. Tried to chat but it just sends me around in circles. HOW CAN I CONNECT WITH A PERSON???
I am currently 80 y/o and trying to learn tech stuff. I have no family members to help but am willing to try to learn. Last year I bought 2 PS Omni but never tried to use them. I saw today in teeny print that it's for Andoid 8 and higher. I have a Samsung J7 Galaxy Sky Pro Android cell phone. Will it work on my phone? Thank you.

I loaded the photos and videos and it took about 4-5 hours to upload. When it was complete, I followed all the instructions. But when I put the device back in, only the videos had saved. I reached out to customer service and after a few back and forths where they instructed me where to look for the photos, I sent a screen shot showing I was looking in the right place but the photos are not there. In response, they sent me an 87 page user manual. I don’t have time to reload the photos without knowing it will work this time and will not rely on this device with this level of support to store photos long term. I’m sorry to say that I will be sharing this in a one- star review to warn other shoppers. I was really excited about this product and very disappointed that it took so much time, didn’t work, and does not have a meaningful customer support structure in place.

At first, I had a lot of problems getting my photo stick to connect with my iPhone 13. I finally resolved that. I downloaded the Photos stick app as directed. But cannot seem to get my photos onto the stick. I ordered a larger memory than I felt I needed to be sure that I would have plenty of room. but no matter what I do somehow, I cannot get the photos from my photo file backed up onto the photo stick. I tried getting help online. Their auto help was of no help whatsoever. I have since sent an email. I am awaiting an answer from them in the hopes that I can get this resolved quickly.

Overall terrible for the iPhone. I’m returning for refund ASAP! - I guess I got sucker’ed by the idea that a company might actually make this product. When you try to plug in the (very poorly constructed thumb drive) into the adapter, the USB part shifts back and forth, not allowing it to fit into the adapter. (When you think it’s attached it’s actually not all the way in b the adapter has somehow slid back into the thumb drive itself. I know this bc I bought two. The 128GB AND the 256 GB. The app never see’s any photo’s on your device but maybe a few downloaded items. Over all terrible for the iPhone.
