I signed up for a free trial. I was able to view yesterday but today nothing connects. I guess I will drop out after the trial ends. Glad it worked yesterday.

Hi Epoch Times Tech Support - I'm a subscriber to your newspaper (perhaps I need to subscribe to the TV source as well?) Here's my situation, the video portion of your programs work just fine but there is no audio. I've checked everything on my computer and no issues. Is there something I need to do to get the audio to work? The little microphone icon is open. Thanks so much.
