This is a wonderful idea that provides people with healthcare in a manner convenient to both parties! There is great customer support and things get resolved quite quickly! However, I did receive a prescription without any sort of explanation or reasoning from the Doctor…DocSquad does allow you to message the doctor for questions; once I did, within several minutes I received and answer with an explanation and the Doctor’s professional medical opinion. I wish it was standard to provide an explanation prior to prescribing. If I were not to ask, all it would be I just a prescription service, but since I got the explanation after asking, I still give it a high rating.

Okay I NEVER write reviews but I just had to here. From the time I started the online interview about my uti symptoms to the time I got my treatment plan with antibiotics sent back to me, took literally only 10 minutes! And with my social anxiety it’s hard to talk to people anywhere so it was cool that I could do everything online and never once had to speak or video chat with anyone. Although those are options within DocSquad . 10/10 recommend doc squad.

I would have never imagined that I could talk to a Doctor on the same day I wondered about a health concern. The entire process took less than 10 minutes! I’m glad the Doctor was nice, but personally I’m even happier that he didn’t immediately recommend medications. He understood my concern, recommended something far simpler, and I’ll be able to pick that up tomorrow morning. This was the easiest and best experience ever!

I ran out of my heart medication on a holiday weekend with a cardiologist new appointment over two weeks away. This was the most simple thing I have ever done I think. The doctor responded very quickly I didn’t even wait five minutes my prescriptions were refilled and I didn’t have to worry about anything. All things should be so easy

I downloaded DocSquad and used it for the first time today. It is very user friendly. The nurse practitioner I
had my video Appt with was easy to speak with. Knowledgeable. I will definitely utilize DocSquad more often in the future. I would recommend to everyone and anyone. ⭐️Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I was running out of my blood pressure meds and couldn’t get in to the doctors office in time so I decided to try this service. It was super easy, fast and no charge with my insurance plan! I was able to have my refill sent to my pharmacy and now have plenty of medication to get me by.

Was up with a migraine going on 3 days, I literally would it have been able to drive anywhere to get a prescription. This was so fast and saved me. It’s truly amazing especially when you know the problem and the medication needed… #lifesaver

I have tried soooo many different over the counter eyelash serums to get my eyelashes to grow back out after I ruined them with false lashes, the doc squad prescribed me Latise (or however it is spelled) within a matter of minutes and I couldn’t be happier!!!

App is HUGE timesaver! Had a non-emergency medical issue- completed health survey (included symptoms and current meds) which took less than 5 mins. Dr contacted me and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy in less than 20 minutes! Will definitely use again!

The quality of video plus provider details was efficient. I’m glad to have been directed to DocSquad and that there was a provider available within a timely manner.

On vacation and was worried about being out of network. Saw DocSquad was covered by my insurance and within about 20 minutes had a prescription ready to be sent to my nearest pharmacy. What an absolute blessing!

I have a horrible cold sore and I didn’t want to spend 25$ on something over the counter that’s not going to work. I took 3 pictures of it and was prescribed an oral treatment within minutes. 3 to be exact.

I tested positive for Covid 19. I received great care with a quick response, 10 minutes or less. I made a full recovery and I am very satisfied with the care I received. Best of all I did not have to leave my home and wait in an urgent care or ER and possibly infect others.

No one will ever help you, you will only be routed to an urgent care or to call your doctor because it’s beyond what they can do, and don’t bother with the video virtual visit no one ever came to my virtual visit.
I wasted my time, I ended up at a walk-in clinic which I have to pay out of pocket because my pcp won’t see me until 2 weeks, and by then I am either dead or I am well.
So that’s the only reason why I downloaded DocSquad 😔

First time to use DocSquad but it’s so wonderful! It looks like the Doctor at my home to examine me, write prescription for me, and sent to Pharmacy of my choice. I just go to get the Medicine! I really recommend this way to everyone!😊

Excellent service and very professional. Using DocSquad was very easy to setup and you only need to answer a few questions. Diagnosis was quick but precise.

This is really great, love it. You dont have to drive to find a doctor, all it takes is a video chat and you get your prescription sent to your pharmacy. Easy experience and great doctors on here!!

I’m currently between providers after my previous doctor stopped seeing patients. The doctor I’ve selected to receive care from moving forward won’t be able to see me until November. Meanwhile, I needed to renew my prescriptions for chronic diagnoses. After wrestling with the previous AND future clinics for more than three days about my medical history, dosage, blah blah blah, and waiting on hold for SO LONG each day while at work, a friend recommended this service. After filling out an easy survey and providing some evidence of my current prescriptions with a quick photo, a doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy where it was ready in less than an hour. I still haven’t even heard back from the clinics and now they’re closed for the weekend. I would have been in big trouble without these meds. Love how simple and accessible this was- definitely not the norm in healthcare, especially with the current staffing shortages and other strains on the system.

Got a nasty chest cough 3 weeks ago. The week before Christmas I was exposed to several students with the flu. It’s been a week and my chest and sinuses are still extremely congested. Mucus is dark yellow in my nose and green in chest. I’ve done everything like elderberry, Emergen-C, guafinesin, Allegra, Tylenol cold & flu with nothing helping. Went to my urgent care 5 days ago but they advised that they no longer take my insurance. I’ve spent the last 4 days trying my best to still rest and drink fluids with humidifier and vitamins but I’m not better. I was able to do a clinical interview with this app and get the antibiotics that I need. Can’t wait to feel better.

Yeah, poor lazy doctors if that what they use at all. Most tend to be NP. Either way this entire tel-health is supposed to save time money and what not. But it is a joke I work around a lot of grease so I get Demodex sometimes. Put cream on and take antibiotics for a few days all good simple can be verified with FaceTime visit. No this lazy hack, says I need to go to urgent care and they are the absolute worse, I will just have to go and waste a real dr time at ER. Is it not was this was supposed to free up visits like that. I will very much make sure I don’t waste money on my insurance when it renews. By the way non of the meds were controlled substance in fact the OTC is not much behind scripts. They just work quicker. But don’t waste your money with using DocSquad. Best of luck getting the refund they tell you they are sending you as well. If they say they treat skin conditions as they have a entire area for this YOU THINK THAT THEY WOULD ACTUALLY DO AS THEY SAY.

Don’t waste time or money…..

I just finished my first virtual doctors visit through DocSquad and within minutes I received my care plan as well as prescriptions being sent to a nearby pharmacy. I am still sitting here in shock at how easy it was. I’m that person who dreads and avoids booking an appointment/going because it takes too much of my time. This is such a game-changer for me! I hope there won’t be any problems with getting my prescription from the pharmacy, but otherwise as far as the virtual visit goes — I am very satisfied with the care I received!

I’m so glad I get to use this service for free through my insurance. The visits are free, virtual, straight to the point, and the response time is super quick. You can do an appointment any time and get a prescription literally the same day. I did a visit, got a prescription in less than an hour, and then my prescription was ready not even a couple hours later. This is way more efficient and even cheaper than actually going in person to the doctor for most general visits. Great service and app!

Doctor initially called in two separate Scripps for the wrong number of days after seven phone calls to this app, and seven phone calls to the pharmacy. Things still aren’t fixed. Doctor wrote a 30 day supply instead of 90,it’s extremely difficult to get it fixed to where it should be a 90 day supply after speaking to six different representatives from Doc squad none of which understood a thing I said it still isn’t fixed.

After going through insurance changes that switched my provider 3 days before I was to go out of town for a week I was left stranded without medication for blood pressure. Using DocSquad I was able to get a visit and get refills sent before I even left the doctors office parking lot. Thank you for the ability to enjoy my week away without worry that I’ll end up BACK in hospital with blood pressure issues.

It’s 6:42 in the morning. My son woke up with pink eye and I was able to get him treated with this app in under 10 minutes without leaving the house! I even spoke to the nurse practitioner on the phone. The medicine is waiting for me at the pharmacy and I’ll pick it up after I take my other son to school.

this app literally saved me HOURS of inconvenience, and I did it all while I made breakfast for the kids!

When I couldn’t get any available appointments at any urgent care near me, I remembered I could do this all digitally! In less than 10 minutes I logged my symptoms, got a message from the provider with my diagnosis and medications and was able to immediately send them to my pharmacy of choice. This was so easy to deal with when you’re not feeling well.

I don't think I've ever done a review on an app in my life. However, DocSquad is amazing. I didn't have to wait til 24-48 hours to get my case reviewed or get on a video call (I look terrible when I feel unwell, I don't want to be seen like this!). I submitted my interview questions and got a treatment plan within 10 minutes. BEST decision I've made. & wonderfully priced!

My wife and I are both suffering from a severe sinus infection as well as our 3 month old daughter. The providers were extremely fast and responsive. Even with our daughter not being able to get care through DocSquad (too young), they gave us options for providers in our area and in our network.

The entire process took 20 minutes or less. Making an account, answering symptom questions, and getting a diagnoses and treatment plan. I was a bit nervous but everything turned out fine.
I will be using again for the days I am not able to make it to a doctors office.

Within min got prescription sent to pharmacy. Can upload pictures for doctor. Can call if have concern about visit and they actually answer it. I wanted other medication prescribed. That is why I called after phone visit.

I just got back from a trip and started feeling bad. Took a Covid test and tested positive. Decided to give DocSquad a try and there was an option for paxlovid. In less than 10 minutes, I answered questions, uploaded a copy of my Covid test, and had a care plan. Here’s to hoping paxlovid helps! Thanks this app!
