I’ve never worked with a scheduling software that is in need a so many patches, modules and has so many log-in and update issues. After the most recent AIMS update, all third party apps (which makes using AIMS tolerable) stopped working. I was told to try this app and since it’s provided by the AIMS software folks, thought it may work. The constant issues just trying to log-in, lack of customer support, lack of schedule visibility, lack of views that actually work, lack of accuracy unless constantly refreshing, lack of change notifications, etc., etc., etc. Now I understand why companies build their own scheduling platforms and manage them internally. AIMS is not an inexpensive solution for any business and the simple fact they can’t get an app such as this to work correctly, efficiently and user friendly, speaks volumes of the company itself. Especially, when crew members have created third party applications that far outweigh what is offered here, without the financial resources to build them.
Error messages, such as “The input data is not a complete block”. With no way of getting support.

This app is not a tragedy, it’s a comedy. The fact that it exists to the horrid degree that it does makes you wonder what Nigerian prince is running this scam operation of a company. I know without a doubt there are 12 yr olds making better apps. Goes to a traditional site that is no way compatible with the phone or iPad and open trip pickups are next to impossible if more than 10 people are using the site at one time,mThe fact that every user in my company, including crew scheduling, knows it’s garbage but we’re forced to use it is Comedy Gold! I wish I would’ve come up with this scheme.

Ecrew stinks, AIMS stinks, and most especially, this app stinks. For those of us who work at airlines who refuse to pay for modern, reliable, full-featured scheduling software, we have no choice but to suffer the indignity of using this app. As with the other indignities inflicted upon us by our second-tier airlines, the best way to get through it is to have a sense of humor. Contrary to another reviewers’ opinion, the whole situation is best enjoyed as a comedy. Just like certain passenger antics, the absolute ridiculousness of how bad this app is can be entertaining with the right mindset.
