My Onetalk app on my pc keeps crashing. I reinstalled it and it has gotten worse.
We have recently moved to one talk for our business and use it across multiple locations to as well as to filter costumer calls into the main office. We use the Deskphone, Mobile, and Desktop app. The physical deskphones work with a few hiccups when provisioning. The biggest reoccurring issues are with the desktop app for Windows. Users are constantly reporting no ring, issues transferring calls, inconstant call quality between users, needing to shutdown/reboot or uninstall the app completely to resolve the issues ( this as you can tell is inconvenient as this requires IT / Admin intervention everything the app needs uninstalled/install) Most recent issues prompts a runtime error with suggested fixes by Verizon being re-image the whole computer review / uninstall instances of C++ (keep in mind they never provide any info on known bad updates, drives, conflicting software to justify how it can work inconsistently from one user to the next and from day to day.
We use one talk for our business. Calling and sending texts. The app seems to be crashing every other day and we need to restart the app. Sometimes it works, other times it does not.
One talk app calls won't ring on iphone 14 just got straight through to voicemail
We are having 2 main issues. The 1st is with the OneTalk app on my cell phone. Atleast 3 times a day when a call rings in, the ringing won't stop. Regardless if I answer or decline the call. If I do answer, it answers fine BUT I hear the ringing in my ear (other party cannot). In order to get it to stop (regardless of answering or not) I have go into my settings and force stop the app. Can't do this while on a call or I lose the call. The 2nd issue - there is a PAINFUL delay in response when using the windows app. I use this app frequently for text as its quicker and easier than using my cell phone or the desk phone (obviously). However, whether I click to view a message sent or to send a message - it freezes for a good 5-10 seconds. Then, when I try and send or respond to a text - after clicking the send button - it freezes for up to a 1 minute before sending message. Resolutions I have tried for both: Update - they were both UTD Uninstall and reinstall (multipe times) Shut down devices and restart Attempted to contact customer service (can't ever get anyone who can assist with OneTalk).
I am unable to delete voicemails from my phone. The voicemails I am getting are delayed by 2 hours, and the phone does not always ring.
OneTalk version 7.09 (7) Upgraded to iOS 16.1. Connected calls cannot hear/speak. The only way to make it work right now is to forward the calls.

I can no longer answer my office calls through One Talk on my cell phone. It tells me to push a number key (which it has never asked for before) But still will not answer the call.
5th day using it and the last two days it’s been frozen on the open screen. Can’t get to my texts.

I replaced my iPhone. I backed up the old phone to the cloud and downloaded everything to the new phone. My One Talk app doesn't work. When I open it nothing happens. My office calls don't forward. I can't figure out how to change anything to get it to work.
