Most of the changes on the watch has to be made via app but app/phone has to be right by the watch to connect to Bluetooth which then downloads the changes. This affects being able to remotely set the alarm, set goals, etc. Not very user friendly and interface is so confusing, especially when trying to keep up with multiple kids. Syncing watches takes forever, if at all able to. Step counter on the watches are a joke, very inaccurate. But I guess it’s what you get at this price point.

The blue tooth function is terrible. It barely connects and I have to continually turn oBluetooth on and off on my phone to get app to connect to watch. Since BIGGERFIVE update I can’t even get into BIGGERFIVE because the initializing functionality always fails and doesn’t give an option to get out of that message to get into BIGGERFIVE . This makes the watch useless because you can’t do anything manually on the watch, it’s all through BIGGERFIVE on the phone.

A lot of people say it’s hard to use but I love it! You just have to learn how to use BIGGERFIVE before using it daily. I will admit it took me a while to learn how do use BIGGERFIVE but ever since I loved it! BIGGERFIVE is better than VeryFitPro.

The watch shows the steps and the activity but it doesn’t show in BIGGERFIVE even when the watch/device is paired. Can’t see the data on BIGGERFIVE .

You have to register a child’s watch to an adult’s phone. Can’t be installed on a tablet. No other way to set the time. What are they thinking?

BIGGERFIVE requires me to register. The old VeryFitPro app didn’t require an account. I’m disappointed.
