For some reason UPromise will not verify either bank account. All info is correct
Cannot get in touch with anyone through the phone. It either goes to mens warehouse or disconnects when calling. I have emailed them and they do not respond, even though they say they will get back to you in 30 days. They have over 1000 of dollars of my rewards and no one will contact me back.
Received an email on August 4th, 2025 about a problem with transfering the cash back rewards to my linked Credit Union savings account. Since then, I have not received any funds or even any other communication concerning this matter. I am asking for help to resolve whatever issue is preventing the funds to be transferred ASAP. My phone no. is (616) 610-9575.
Customer service is terrible. The game redemption is not tracking and not counting the games I have played purely as part of the application. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they keep sending me back the same exact instructions (which are not working)
Not worth the effort

I do not usually rate apps but this one is not worth downloading. If it were an option, I would have given the app zero atars since it doesn't function. I wanted to use it for the grocery receipt redemption option. If I'm lucky, I’ll get the $.02 “any receipt” credit. It NEVER finds any of the other offers for items I have purchased. There is no follow-up nor credits earned when I go through the trouble of requesting a review of my receipt. The only option for customer service through the app is a bot responder that provides links to FAQs. Don't waste your time trying to use this app.
Needs a lot of work

The app does not scan receipts well. There is a Lays offer. I scan the receipt and it tells me it cannot process the Lays offer. I get a note back saying it cannot read my receipt yet it knew there was Lays on my receipt. It also rejects any paper receipt. If you ask for your receipt to be reviewed and write you back telling you to scan it again. The picture is perfectly clear. Maybe look into how Fetch Rewards scans their receipt to help the app.
Needs a Lot of Work

I had high hopes since the web site version works well. But the receipt-uploading feature basically doesn’t work. The app won't read any paper receipts and the e-receipt function doesn’t even seem to be set up at all. Didn’t get the advertised $5.29 signup bonus either. And when I requested help, all I got was an automated response directing me to create an account. Really hope they can get it working in later versions.
