Unable to access my account

2022-05-03

by Koro Moro

When I try to sign in or change my password, I get a message saying “We don’t have an account matching that email. Please try again or create a new account.” When I try to use the sign up button with the same email address, it gives me a notification saying “This email is in use at multiple locations.” My oven has been broken for months now, and at this point I’m unsure of what else can be done

Worst company to ever rent from

2022-05-10

by Tito Pochikito

This is the very worst company I have ever rented from. I have rented multiple houses and currently living in one house managed by Invitation Homes. I moved in to this house January and immediately found many issues with the house and immediately reported them to the superintendent in charge or walking me through the move in day. None of those issues were submitted apparently because no one came to address those issues. I was patient and waited thinking that the delay was due to them still picking up from pandemic. But nothing so when I started calling nothing was submitted and they had to open new work orders. Well let me tell you that it’s almost July and my issues has not been solved. I am living without a master bathroom and without a kitchen. I reported issues the issues that the house had and a vendor came and removed the sinks and the cabinets and we are still without kitchen and without master bathroom. This is insane I have been waiting for about 2 months for them to build everything back and nothing has happened.

THE CRAZIEST PART IS THAT THERE WERE ACTUAL BIG MUSHROOMS GROWING FROM THE SIDE OF THE TOILET!! They have kept me living in this unlivable conditions for so long!! I keep calling and they move me back to back apparently no one has been able to help me. They keep sending a maintenance person to come and all they do is take pictures and leave. And then what?!?! I have to call back and they re open another work order, for what ? For them to come and take pictures and leave.

I have been paying rent because I do not know better, I don’t know what to do in these kind of situations. I am debating whether to take legal action. I have been slowly getting sicker and sicker and without a kitchen or sink what kind of living conditions are these?!?!?!?

Place of 1000 fees

2022-05-17

I have been with invitation homes 4 years and every year they add new fees. 10 bucks to pay your water bill. I don’t need them to pay my water bill but its not an option. 35 dollars if i forget my trash can or it blows across the street. 100 bucks if your rent is late. Even if they wont respond about a new fee . 10 buck for a air filter and i have never got the right one. I paid 300 dollars to get a tree removed that died in storm. But they wouldn’t reimburse me for it because i should have let them do it. However they charge me 35 dollars for the hoa notice. I pay an extra 50-100 dollars each month for fees . They raise the rent every year. They are not a good company . Try to get ahold of them is just 30 min on the phone and then your sent to a voice mail. And they dont call you back. I would suggest renting from them. Look them up they are in trouble for there practices and how they treat there renters . When i rented they said they had stone countertops, then i was told they would put them in but 4 years later not done. If something breaks they come fix it but half the time they charge you for it.
