The latest app update is horrible. The user interface is now extremely confusing to use and I can no longer set priority over which data package I have purchased and want to use. This is going to cause me to lose around $50 of unused data. There’s no way around this by going to the desktop website, either. If it wasn’t broken to begin with, then why change out the entire app works? It almost makes me want to stop using TravelWifi altogether. If my husband didn’t depend on it for his deployment, we wouldn’t even be using it. As soon as we find a better alternative we will no longer be using because it has just become too difficult to navigate.

AWFUL!!! What in the world?! The new update is horrific and awful to use. I can no longer set priority over data plans, which stinks because my husband moves quite frequently with his deployments. The old app was great for us, and I do not see the reason for this new complicated update. You’re losing a customer due to the difficult app navigation, lack of description on data plans (like does your Europe’s plan include ALL of Europe???), and lack of control over setting my own dang data priority!

New updated app is terrible, doesn’t even let you log in when it decides to work. I can’t even get it to open it force quits all the time. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the app. Not sure how this will affect my upcoming travels. I had bought it last year and did a few Europe trips and it worked great, but since they updated the app nothing works.
