How to fix EcoCare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EcoCare app on iPhone
Update EcoCare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EcoCare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EcoCare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EcoCare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EcoCare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EcoCare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EcoCare App
1. On android, goto Settings » EcoCare » click [Force Stop]

Update EcoCare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EcoCare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EcoCare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EcoCare.

Fix EcoCare unable to contact server/ EcoCare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EcoCare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EcoCare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EcoCare
