This is the first review I have ever written in my entire life and it is solely due to pure frustration. This could be the worst app of all time. I can’t login to MyBreezeline to monitor my bill and apparently this is the only way to do that. I expected the switch from “Atlantic broadband” to “Breezeline” to come with some refreshments and improvements but I realize it’s just the same horrible company, with a new name. I hate this company and hate that where I live it is the only option I have. MyBreezeline has solidified the way I feel about this company. Thank you Breezeline for doing absolutely nothing for me(your customer) and getting away with robbery at this point. I hate you and strongly recommend to anyone, if you have any other options of service, go with them. Don’t use this company.

This is the worst company you could ever have!!! MyBreezeline is a joke big fat joke!!! Can’t never login regardless how many times you try! Never been able to pay bill online ever! And the price omg! Pay that high of bill for what????? The worst internet in the world! And landline! Guess they think they’re spectrum! Which they are high dollar too but at least they work! You keep taking money that you have no business taking! Especially already paid your high dollar bill then you take another 50 bucks for what ????? I will get rid of you asap!!’ Just wow!!! Btw don’t even deserve a one star!!!! Seriously!!

Accessing my account has been a nightmare. I constantly have billing problems duplicate payments, and I’ve been trying to reset my password for some reason my phone and your app are not compatible. It may only be me and my problem but since I experience it on a regular basis, I am not pleased and would never recommend Breezeline and wish we had an alternative. I did not have this problem with Atlantic broadband.

MyBreezeline is terrible. Doesn’t actually let you do anything in it. And the idea of having to create another breezeline email just to access it is stupid. It doesn’t even let me access my email from MyBreezeline . Chatted with customer service from MyBreezeline and it was the worst chat box I have ever used and the “help” I received was abysmal. Now I am waiting for a call back because I guess I asked too many hard questions.

My internet keeps being disconnected daily resulting in many calls to Breezeline. Excuses are work is being done in your area, sorry we will reset etc. also I have auto pay and billing shows outstanding balance from the previous month. I would like these issues escalated to the appropriate executive office and them to contact me directly as I will be filing a complaint to the FCC. This is a serious federal violation that needs to be addressed now!

I just switched from Comcast to Breezeline yesterday. Couldn’t create a new account on MyBreezeline as I was not provided our account number. Now that I received it after asking, I find that my email address is not correct. This is not something that was entered by me, but appeared when I logged in. I’ve attempted to correct it in MyBreezeline , with no luck.
I won’t even get into how Internet and TV are working. Let’s just say, they are not.

I’ve reset my password multiple times, I’ve done the robot certification multiple times, and no matter what I do it refuses to log me in regardless of the information being correct. MyBreezeline is absolutely awful. I can’t even login to check the status of my account. Someone needs to fix MyBreezeline asap because if I can’t login how am I supposed to pay the bill? Amazing how in 2022 apps can still be this bad.

Nothing Breezeline does lately works. MyBreezeline says I have internet. No I don’t. MyBreezeline says there aren’t any outages in my area. Yes there is. There has been off and on for three days. Cable and internet come and go every few hours. Wait time on the phone is over an hour. Wait time on chat is 15 but they never did answer. Also, there’s no way to report an outage. Atlantic Broadband was awful but BL I’d quickly moving ahead of them on the terrible service race.

MyBreezeline has a button that says “check email” but won’t open any browser app. Says MyBreezeline isn’t installed. YES IT IS!! This company fails at providing consistent cable and internet services. This company FAILS at providing access to view email, change password, which is needed for the access to HBOMax they promise and again FAIL at making possible. This is the WORST company of any kind I have ever been forced to deal with. If you have ANY choice, find another cable/internet provider! Breezline is horrible! Breezeline fails at every aspect of conducting business.

Your app and website are not very user friendly. Recently, it took 1.5 hours of my time as well as for three of your customer service reps to just make it possible to pay my bill on time. It’s evident that the quality control of your working system is extremely poor and/or essentially nonexistent. I’m very tempted to take my business to the competition.

Every time I go to use it, it does not recognize my previous password. It seems ridiculous to need 2 email addresses, and you can never figure out which one they want. Changing your password every single time is always a pain in the neck. Once final in things go fairly smoothly, but it’s terrible getting in. The change parental guidelines feature does NOT WORK!

I wouldn’t use this company again cause never I first signed up they knew I got paid towards the end of the month but they charged me at the beginning of the month now I can’t use my Wi-Fi cause of them having mine turned off cause I’m behind cause they didn’t want to listen and charge me at the end of the month so I’m switching to another company

I’ve had nothing but terrible service/bandwidth with Breezeline. I called for troubleshooting help and I’m pretty sure the guy hung up on me, we got disconnected and he didn’t call me back. So I had to wait on hold twice, both times for like 20+ minutes. Pretty sure I’ll be switching back to Spectrum because they’re the devil and are overpriced but at least they work.

The company itself is very unprofessional 45 minutes and they couldn’t set up my Internet. They kept arguing with me that there has to be more than one outlet in the house I live in a three room house. I think I would know if there was more than one. Secondly, they wanted me to contact my landlord to have him come down and open up. The equipment room I eventually just told them never mind take me off the list. And that’s the way I’m going to keep it. I would rather have no Internet or use my hotspot. Than deal with these guys again.

You can never get a hold of anybody to take care of any problems that you have. We can never get into MyBreezeline correctly. It is just a pain all the way around.
We got an extra super pod to connect outside to boost the Wi-Fi and I’m trying to get it connected and I can’t even get into our account. So no I do not like breeze line at all.

If internet is down, which happens often, good luck getting any help for it. They disconnect the chats before solving the issue, refuse to send a technician and make you spend hours on hold with each call. Total waste of time and effort. If you get the service just pray you don’t have connection issues because help is just as elusive!!

App has basic functionality however there are bugs! App would frequently idle and turn off. Forgot Password functionally frequently says “expired token” and the input would be a few seconds from receiving the text. Many flaws and need huge improvements.

Terrible I think because I can’t sign in. Wants my Breezeline email address and I never knew I had a Breezeline email account. I chose the create account option, filled out the required information and then it asked if I was a robot. It showed the normal picture with frames but didn’t tell what I was supposed to find!! Idiots

I can’t get into my email to check for emails from my doctor. It blinks open and then back to sign in page again. When I sign in again the wheel turns and will not open. Sought help from Breezeline and they were unable to help. Terrible service.

Worst in class. It’s extremely limited compared to their competitors. The screen formatting can’t seem to decide what to be, and it often ignores my input. Just terrible.

The only thing I can see that it does is allow you to pay your bill. But given my other experiences with Breezeline, that probably doesn’t work anyway.

As someone else stated, you must have a Breezeline email to access MyBreezeline . Beyond stupid, especially if they continue to go through name changes like they do (MetroCast, Atlantic Broadband, and now Breezeline). I DONT need another email to track, thank you very much. WORTHLESS app and customer support is almost non-existent.

Won’t recognize my email to get in. Won’t accept phone number or address. Now I have to waste an hour digging around to find account number. It’s the ultimate paperless system…. No paper, no info, no function. Obviously a communist plot.

Needs a lot of improvement ASAP. Payment page is terrible. One can not only automatically fill out credit cards info store on phone, but it also doesn’t work properly given errors all the time. Functionally is very basic. Login with face id or passcode not available, and so on… I do see a lot of improvement from the phone support team. Hope MyBreezeline gets better soon.

No option for Face ID, much of the time different functions of MyBreezeline don’t respond, completely amazed MyBreezeline is free considering the insulting and infuriating rates Breezeline charges for any and all services. Really, really wish there was ANY other provider for Masontown, PA, always feel COMPLETELY and UTTERLY ripped-off and disrespected by Breezeline, and this “app” just perpetuates the insults and disappointment. Sincere shame all around

The way Breezeline payments are scheduled don’t make sense, It should be from day 1 of the month to day 31 of the month regardless of when service is started you just have to prorated it was hard for me getting started with this account and having to come up with 2 months of payments in the first cycle why put a new customer through that no other cable company does this.

I had some issues with trying to sign in, and now I’m having issues being able to add a payment to get my bill paid. That button does nothing but give me a message stating there’s errors accessing the page.

No face login. Have to type password every single time. Button for outage map leads to a “page not found” error. If one person at Breezeline used MyBreezeline one time, they would find all the problems. I guess they can’t afford to do that.

MyBreezeline lacks some information about your account. One of the improvements that could be made is providing your account number, especially when it’s needed to order improvements.

When I used my email and email password, I was able to log in and see my bill and be able to reboot my modem. It is so convenient that I don’t have to crawl behind my entertainment center to unplug the modem anymore. Thank you breezeline for making this a dream come true!!

I called on the 14 of April to have service changes and wanted to take to pods off of the account after they removed the pods had to call back and have them turn on the wifi on the router after it was good for that day then on April 15 had to call back and have them turn the wifi back on in the router again when ask why this happened was told that the router did an update it was good for 12 hours the April 16th had to call again and have them turn the wifi back on again it was good for another 12 hours this time a tech was set up to come out on April 19 it was out again on the April 17 so my husband call again this time he had them reconnect the pods then was good until tech came out on the 19th of April the tech did way with the pods got the wifi on in the router and worked great until April 22 then again no wifi had to call have them turn back on the wifi again so told they would sent a new router worked great until April 25 had to call again no wifi on router this time ask them to turn on the wifi on the router it was a joke the lady wouldn't listen to me when I told her that the tech did way with the pods and worked great until April 22 the way I see it know they are making me keep something I don't want when I done waiting on line for this lady to come back on then I was get pissd off I hooked the pods back up and wifi is back on when she came back on the phone the tech support you have is worthless the don't know right hand from left hand or do they listen all they want to do is talk over top of you and they don't hear a word you say I must have told her ten times that the tech did way with the pods and she just keep say that the pods are not hooked up she was the biggest joke that I have gotten there in about 3 years you need to teach them that the costumer is right and to listen to them
