Landrop is not discovering other devices (ie my laptop) to transfer files

been trying to install landrop on a windows 10 pc---entering landrop exe---then i get a series of pop ups stating it cannot find a number of dll files complete install---tried this many times. same result. is there a solution to this? tks

LANDrop app on my iPhone 7 cannot see the device to which the phone is tethered (desktop computer running Windows 10 Pro, which can see the iPhone in File Explorer, but LANDrop on the desktop computer (version 0.4.0) also cannot see the phone).

I have a iphone and a PC on windows 10 LANDrop can't seem to find any devices. My PC and phone do not appear on each other's device lists. They are on the same network. How do you add a device to the list?
