Won’t open app

It was an awesome app at first I really liked it but now DoclyInvoiceMaker won’t open up and I’ve tried everything deleting DoclyInvoiceMaker and downloading back but nothing works !! So now I’m paying the subscription for nothing . I have very important receipts there that I really need. Hopefully y’all can refund my money or fix the situation

DoclyInvoiceMaker worked perfect for two weeks. It’s been 3 days and it won’t open. I’ve turned off my phone, deleted DoclyInvoiceMaker even though it said I would lose my documents. And still nothing. At this point DoclyInvoiceMaker is costing me money because I can’t bill customers on time.🤬
So far so good, my experience using the app has been smooth
